We have purchased a number of umbrellas over the years. The quality of the products for the price we find good value.Delivery is fast . Our only wish is that we should have bought 2 umbrellas instead of one.

I contacted the company after receiving the cover with some concerns and received a poor response. The cover does not unzip easily - in fact I need a ladder to get it on because the cord is 50cm long and unable to be reached from the ground or with the pole. It’s also to short to cover the entire umbrella and I needed to add an extension- considering this was the premium cover it’s very disappointing as the cheaper cover we already had covered everything and had a two way zip pulley system.

Based on other positive reviews we recently purchased an umbrella. The quality is great and the delivery was fast. Ours was missing the strap that you wrap around it when the umbrella is down, but we phoned the company and they sent out a replacement very quickly.
