I have had good experiences in the past. However, recently dealing with ShopBLT have come to find out they aren't very informed when it comes to service contract and what they cover. They are the ones that are supposed to answer your questions. She attempted to up sell me to something I didn't need because she didn't know the Correct answer to my question. Instead of checking with cisco for me when I pushed for a better answer she stood her ground on wrong information. This caused me to go way out my way through indirect channels to get the information from the manufacturer what a headache! They advised a lower contract then the one she advised I needed would give me what I need. I will no longer purchase my service contracts from this company due to this. They seem to have a training issue with customer service and contract knowledge. It also appears they always sell slightly above the list price for Cisco Service Contracts which you can get at the cisco global list price with other companies. I figured this out after the fact so I know better next time. It seems to be a small percentage on average but every penny counts!

I received wrong item because I was redirected from the other website to ShopBLT when I was searching for a cable that I needed. I did not know the name for the cable I needed. ShopBLT sent me a new cable and did not charge me for the original cable that I got in a first place and they told me to keep the original cable. So, I got 2 usb 3.0 cables with different connectors for the price of one. Anyway, Customer service is great so I would recommend to shop at this store.

As the goods need to go through customs, having the proper import documents to clear customs is very important and BLT has always been up to it. My last order on which taxes were payable at customs clearance took only 10 minutes to process through customs. Quality of goods and packing are perfect for long distance transport. One only needs to make sure to order the right part number by double checking the part specifications on the MANUFACTURER's web site as there are cases where confusion can occur due to limited description on the BLT order page. Shipping by USPS (EMS) makes freight rates very competitive. I can recommend this company without any hesitation.

I was looking for an iPhone 5c nuud case from lifeproof online, and I happened across shopblt. They were selling for $59.99, whereas retail was $90 and the best I could find was amazon at $67.99 (back up to $90 at time of this review). The combination of the outdated website and low price lead me to believe it was a scam or the product would be fake. However, the site seemed trusted enough according to online reviews, so I placed my order. It's not a scam. I got a legit lifeproof case, and I'm loving it. The shipping process took a bit too long in my opinion (I received my item a full week from the day I placed my order), however part of it was over memorial day weekend so I assume that isn't the norm. For the price, you really cant beat it. A little slower then more popular online shopping choices, but if you can wait then the low prices really are unbeatable.

Very happy with BLT and their very helpful staff! I was very impressed at how quick my order was processed and was ready for shipment. Even though I haven't received my order yet when its supposed to be in my possession already, they courier service is the problem in my opinion. I hope my item shows up or my issue is resolved or rectified just as quick, but again praises to BLT for upholding their end of the transaction.
