I have no qualms about buying from ShopBLT again. My product was delivered fast and was exactly what I ordered.

BLT had the lowest price on the universal remotes I wanted, and I heard good things so I ordered. I would have preferred if they accepted Paypal and it would be more convenient if they had an account system rather than emailing you with links, or typing in your order number. Plus, they delete your order history/invoice after 18 months. Shipping wasn't the fastest I've seen. I ordered it on a Saturday, it shipped on Monday and arrived 8 days later Pennsylvania to California. The remotes arrived in good shape, they were in blister packs and there were a few chips out of the corners but I'm not really sure if BLT did that, or even if Fedex did that. I was almost expecting to get a sandwich with my order, but no such luck. I would buy from them again.

I ordered an Ergotron 33-387-085 NEO-FLEX TOUCHSCREEN STAND LCD MOUNT on a Sunday night and it was processed and ready to ship on Monday from BLT's Tennessee warehouse . Unfortunately, due to the winter weather storm, Fed/Ex could not pick up the package until 4 days later, but I know that was outside of their control. Product arrived in factory packaging and complete as advertised.

AMD GPU is in high demand. Took a long time to get the item instock. BLT constantly updated with the status of the order. Once the item was in stock they shipped it right away with 2 day shipping.
