When I searched the internet for a new coffee maker I came across ShopBLT.com. Their price on the coffee maker was the best I could find. I was impressed with their free shipping policy. This made it an even better deal. I was a bit doubtful about ordering from ShopBLT since I had never heard of them before, but decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. The item was received in great shape and was exactly what I ordered. Due to something that was my fault I had to contact them....they actually have a phone number....and received excellent customer service. ShopBLT has a new customer for life.

I ordered an Intel 4930K processor from ShopBLT. First I would like to say that ShopBLT had this part available before any other business which is great. The sales department sent multiple E-mails to me to let me know on my order status and included tracking information. I would rate communication excellent. However, when Fedex delivered the product to my location, I found that the CPU box arrived in a Fedex bubble envelope with no additional protection. The CPU box was partially crushed. Fortunately, the CPU does not appear to be damaged and is functional to date. However, I do not understand why a $610 part could not have been packaged with additional support to protect the item during shipment.

This was the first time I ordered from them, and it was a very positive experience. 2 weeks prior, I had ordered the same item from Staples (free shipping to store). Before placing the order, the sales clerk checked and made sure it was in stock at their warehouse. He assured me I would have it within 4 days. I needed it right away, so I placed the order immediately, and showed 4 days later up to pick it up. But then, not only was it not there as promised, my order number was showing an error on their screen. We had to call the main headquarters, wait on hold for almost an hour, until finally we got a rep from Staples corporate office, whom then told me it was out of stock and they cancelled the order. They admitted that they didn't send me an email or let the store know, but claims someone had tried to call me - that was pure BS. Nobody ever called me. So thanks to my trusting Staples, I was screwed. But the day after, I placed the order for this item with shopBLT, and I received it the very next day, which was even faster than I expected. So from now on, I know I can't trust Staples, but I can trust Shop BLT.

ShopBLT is great! Their prices are very competitive, their emails to me were professional, and they got my order to me faster than I imagined.

My remote came very quickly, and was exactly as described. I will definitely do business with this company again.
