United States | 04 May 2021Item was in stock and arrived in 1day. I was pleasantly surprised. Don't believe the naysayers. When they get it in-stock. You will receive it fast.

Algeria | 28 April 2021Really when i look at the bad reviews it broke my heart,BLT are the best quick and efficient. most bad reviews are about Gpus and gpus are veryhard to find even Nvidia and Amd does not have the stock they claim they have. when you place an order you must be prepared to wait for long periods and endure the market shortage or just cancel and move on and stop whining. i think that most reviews are from scalpers that do not want you to buy from BLT and redirect you to Ebay after they bought from BLT.

United States | 24 April 2021Loving all the responses to negative complaints about etas and pre-orders Listen, manufacturers set an eta on when they could possibly get items to a retailer. World events like say the Suez Canal obviously impacts those etas and no one has control over that. Also, quit being dumb and look at the inventory tracker. If 20,000 people order an item and only 3,000 come in how do you expect them to fulfill your order if you were the 29,743 person to pre-order. As more come in you will move up the list and eventually get yours. You need to be patient. All these salty reviews on companies that have no control over the current situations shouldn't suffer because you ordered an item and failed to look at the stock and see oh, it might be awhile. For Example: I saw they had 1660 Ti's on the site. I was going to place an order and looked at the stock tracker it said 13k pre orders and like 7k incoming with an eta listed. I decided to hold off, cause it meant I was going to have wait probably several incoming shipments to get my gpu.

United States | 21 April 2021Update since the retailer replied to my comment. Below is the first 3 paragraphs of their reply, which was written by a person whose job is to reply to negative reviews all over the internet and the other 5 paragraphs is their canned reply. First, their person replying to these needs to have the ability to comprehend what they read, their first paragraph states I said i was number 2 on the list, which is a lie. I stated I was on 2 lists, because I put in 2 orders. Let me clarify, I put in 2 orders 6 months ago and I was under the first 1000 people per the first round of "orders placed vs expected shipments" of course they won't tell you what number in line you are, because that would require them to be transparent. Second, they attack my statement of not trusting them but they fail to read the next 9 words where I state, "ill wait and see if I get my items." But now they are threatening to cancel my order, because I'm holding them accountable publicly. Again, I'm waiting to see if they ship, per the original agreement and contract we entered in. Their last "personal" statement is also rife with fallacies. They state they don't inflate the price while stating they do, but only with customer approval. Well I ordered these 2 cards for a certain price, hopefully they send them for the price we originally agreed upon. Perhaps they shouldn't have taken a pre-order for a product with a certain price without being able to deliver said product for said price. My original comments and reviews stand, classic bait and switch. However with this public attack I will now write the BBB for them as well as file a complaint with their consumer protection agency. Mahalo for employing someone in Public relations who actually made this comment worse. Lastly, I don't think this is a real business, the listed address on all public records for the state of Connecticut shows this business at a residential property in Connecticut which is easy to look up on Google. So it's extremely fishy that they have no commercial address and just someone's home. *************Their reply *************** "Your statement about selling to "old time customers and friends" is nonsense. Nobody is allowed to jump the line. And, you are not "#2 on the list" -- no idea where you got that information, but it's wrong. Next, you state that you wouldn't trust us, but you -still- have your order in place. We're unclear on why you haven't cancelled, if you don't trust us and are so dissatisfied. We'll be happy to cancel you order for you if you wish to purchase elsewhere. And, we never change our markup or artificially inflate an item's price. Price increases are based solely on cost increases. We will never charge a customer more than the amount they initially agreed to, without their permission. Conversely, we will always apply a decrease in pricing automatically, without asking." *************My original comment made in April *************** Ordered 2 graphics cards in December and was told a 3 week wait, here we are 5 months later and nothing. Emailed them a couple of times and they said they have no control and I should cancel if I don't want to wait. I've received dozens of Emails pushing the date back weeks each time. They also upped the price. Classic bait and switch, they probably only sell to their old time customers or friends because i was on 2 of the lists before they got over a couple of hundred people and I don't have one, yet there are thousands of people who are raising them good because they "got their purchase" Wouldn't trust them, ill wait and see if I get my items.

United States | 09 April 2021BLT has been as helpful & informative as they can be given the current situation. I've received constant updates about my order from their customer service department, and the site is updated near daily with news on backordered items. They're very upfront about what to expect when ordering, and the experience was exactly as expected after taking five minutes to read around the site. "They have enough time to respond to negative reviews, but they can't ship my order??" Order some critical thinking skills. Different departments handle different issues. Stephanie from Customer Service isn't going to hop in her 2001 Kia Rio and hand deliver your stuff to the warehouse if it's running late. BLT very clearly states that they are a reseller and have no control over how many units a supplier sends, or when. If you're upset that you've been on the waitlist a few months, be aware that most manufacturing industries (at least where I am) are barely limping along. They're not going to be able to magically conjure up a graphics card for every ham-and-egger who needs it Right This Instant when hardly anyone has the raw materials to work with. Be patient.

United States | 09 April 2021"Reply from ShopBLT.com 4 days ago Lastly, yelling at suppliers and manufacturers and threatening legal action is a worthless endeavor. It won't make components to manufacture products somehow blink into existence." But customer satisfaction always a must. Like would we ever condescend? never..... To recap you can cancel at anytime. I strongly recommend a time out. Start firstly with taking a breath Calm down Relax Adjust Pleasant place. I never hinted that it could i was simply curious. No I dont think legal action could do anything. A simple no would suffice Hardly calls for treating someone badly A reasonable response could have been: To put it frankly; its not a good course of action.

United States | 06 April 2021I'm on the wait list for a graphics card and have had a relatively pleasant experience. - BLT doesn't price gouge - they communicate frequently - they are honest and up-front I work in supply chain so I've seen the impact to supply as a result of COVID 19, a struggling transportation industry, and the recent issues in Texas that heavily impacted the resin supply. I think BLT is handling it well. They aren't Dell or Microsoft so they aren't high priority, but they aren't hurting their customers to make a quick dollar. If you want to know the ETA of a purchase, you need to be realistic. They share inventory information, so if you check you'll see there are (for example) 3000 units pre ordered, 700 units in transit. So that means once the 700 units arrive, 2300 will still be on the pre order list. If you want your product now, pay a 300% markup to a scalper. If you're willing to wait but still want to know you'll receive a graphics card in the near future for a decent price, use this company. There are no real faults with this company, just a lot of impatient people that don't care to look at the inventory details-readily available‐ when placing an order. Lastly, the supply chain is very uncertain right now for all industries. There are allocations, shipping constraints and production issues across the board. Companies work very hard to ensure minimal impact to customers. But while employees work long hours and ensure every effort is made to ensure no disruption, there will still be issues that no one can control. Issues that have no quick fix.

United States | 31 March 2021I called to cancel an order with 2 hours of placing it. Stephanie at BLT informed me that I could not cancel because the order had already been sent to the warehouse. 2 days later it was shipped. I find it very aggravating that the order went directly to the warehouse but it took the warehouse two days to ship it ?? Why can't Stephanie call the warehouse and cancel it? Useless. I cannot use it and if I return it, I will be charged to 15% restock fee.

United States | 28 March 2021Gave a 15 business day ETA. Got a quick update that the order was placed and in the process of shipping from the manufacturer in Asia. They said I would get notified when it was ready to ship in the US. Three weeks later, the ETA changes to "None Available", with a generic update about manufacturer unavailability ... after they told me it was being shipped. They haven't responded to multiple emails (sent weeks ago) asking for clarity. Meanwhile I got sick of wasting my time and bought the item for a bit more on Amazon - who delivered it two days later. Finally, they advertise a 5 star rating from Trustpilot on every page of their site. But this isn't true either. EDIT: They reported my review as fake as well. They're hoping they can remove the bad ones by demanding people jump through hoops. I wonder how many five star reviews they request verification for. Oh, and their claim below is BS (in addition to needlessly hostile): "As noted on our site and our contact forms, we are running well behind on e-mail, and request that customers call us. We apologize for the delay in reply to an e-mail, if you did send one." They did say that email was delayed, but: "You should receive a reply from a representative, if appropriate, within one week." It's been a month and there's still no email response. So they're being dishonest here too. And they somehow manage to respond to public shaming on Trustpilot within a couple days.

United States | 28 March 2021Purchase Order 734211718 placed 2/24/2021 As of 3/27/2021 ShopBLT is claiming to have $2,260,721.20 worth of Gigabyte RADEON 6800 GAMING OC 16GB arriving by 06/17/2021, with a vast number of units arriving by April 13, 2021. They have now resorted to changing one ETA at a time, just to try to make things seem a little less suspicious. But the exact number on backorder was rolled over into the "Incoming" sum with a predictable change in earliest ETA. According to the website, "This is accurate real-time availability as of Saturday, March 27, 2021 9:23:15 PM Eastern Time." Same experience as all the other low ratings. Stacking pre-orders with no clear ability or intent to fill them. When this order is finally filled, I'll consider changing the rating. If it's not filled before I just give up on waiting or before the GPU price goes up AGAIN, forcing me to cancel, then it will remain the same. If you want to respond, respond by telling us what you are doing to advocate with the suppliers or stem the nonsense backordering that makes it impossible to tell if it's realistic to expect to be served before the cards are obsolete. UPDATE: As of 5/8/2021 my order ETA has been delayed twice more, with no clear sign that ShopBLT is filling ANY orders. Meanwhile, the delay has been accompanied by this note: "*Current pricing on this item is $1,058.64. Pricing on your order has not been updated yet, as pricing may further change when stock arrives." BASICALLY, THEY LEAVE STUFF IN THE FINE-PRINT INSTEAD OF UPDATING IT, to keep people on the hook and hope they continue believing they are getting their original price, as was originally written on the website. ' DO NOT TRUST THESE RUSTY SHOVEL DEALERS. You'll get more out of the goldrush mining with your hands.

United States | 24 March 2021I have ordered a gpu and an amd cpu from them and it has been almost two months. Still, they are kept pushing the ETA every time and god knows when they will be able to deliver (if they ever will). I understand that the market is very unstable right now and not getting a preferred gpu/cpu is quite normal since these are stock out in every place. My complain is about their customer service (while particularly replying to the negative reviews) and the was they are dealing with these pre-orders. There is a minimal transparency and misleading information. For example, if you follow the pre-order of 5900X, you would see that there are more than 23 thousand people are on the queue and they have confirmation of around 15K. As one of the pre-order customers, I know that we have an ETA in the next 10 days (they send an email to the customers when they miss an ETA stating a new date). So, if you are a new customer, you would definitely think that this is a very good scenario since, more than half of the orders are confirmed with an ETA of 10 days ONLY. But, it is an absolute bogus commitment of them. I have already went through 4/5 of such ETA and they never get such a large amount of stock. They will probably get 50~150 processors and will fill up the pre-orders serially. At this pace, it will take couple of years for them to fulfill the current backlog. Still they are accepting pre-orders and they are trying to get away with this by posting a message that ETAs are not a confirmed date. Rather than hiding this from customers, they should mention how many units they are getting each time. If they cannot announce the number with certainty, they should give a close approximation. Just because they do not charge the card for pre-orders, they cannot obscure the customers from the actual scenario. Many of the customers are ordering by seeing those data and hoping to get their product very soon; which will never be the case. As a customer, we should have the right to know. They even do not tell you what is your current position in the queue. Also, they attack every reviewer who write against them telling they are an old company and is in business for years. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but you should train your Customer Service Department to teach them how to behave. Don't be a cry-baby and defend every complain customers are raising. Sometimes it is bold to accept a complain and doing so you do not put yourself in a bad position rather it helps you to get better acceptance in the community. Please, BEHAVE, BEHAVE, BEHAVE. If you cannot, LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE. UPDATE based on their first reply: This reply of yours is a good one that we as a customer always appreciate. Why do you sometimes risk years of business with some of those rude reviews? I am increasing the rating from 1 to 3 since they responded here and also in my email. JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR, I DO WANT to continue with the orders and I DO NOT HAVE a problem waiting. Truly, I got disappointed by seeing the negative reviews' replies. It is a difficult time and I do understand the delay but does it justify some of those replies? I hope your answer is not, too. Also, I would request you to disclose my position in the queue (definitely not here in public but either on the order confirmation page or in my email) if possible and the approximate number of items you are expecting in the next ETA (not the entire confirmed number). Kindly solve these queries and I will definitely put good words here and will increase the review to 5 stars. Hope you understand.

United States | 21 March 2021I was looking for a Ryzen 3 3200g cpu with the vega integrated graphics online through best buy, amazon, newegg, etc. Every place I looked was either out of stock, over-priced by more than double the normal msrp (listed around $2-250), or both. I ended up googling the card and BLT popped up with it for sale at $99, which is the normal price for this cpu. They were out of stock also, but I was still able to place an order, which came out to around $101 w/ free shipping. They estimated they would get more stock in about 3 weeks, and it took only about a week, and then when they shipped it, it arrived 2 days earlier than estimated. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase, especially with the hassle it’s been trying to get components during this quarantine + silicon shortage. They (Stephanie) kept me up to date on the progress of my package through e-mail, and my cpu arrived earlier than predicted. It works extremely well with everything I’ve done so far on my computer, from videos, gaming at moderate graphics (auto-boosts to 4ghz and never gets hotter than 60°C), schoolwork, writing code in c++ and java, and general computer use. I haven’t tried overclocking the cpu or graphics, but I see no reason to put any extra strain since there’s only 2gb of memory for the graphics card, and it works anyway. But it’s nice to have the option to do so.

United States | 19 March 2021I have to be another on of the negative reviewers. I placed my pre-order when 1500 of the 3000 pre-orders were already sold. As the first date arrived, I was given a new date and they jacked the price 70 bucks. I figured it was still a decent value so I let the order stand. Two more times the arrival date has come and gone while I patiently wait. Alas, finally another mail (the fourth) ,has my ship come in? Are my priceless GPUs in the mail? No such luck, ORDER CANCELED. The manufacturer has discontinued the line and they are no longer taking orders. Im not sure where that one came from. A multi-billion dollar company does not discontinue a line that is tooled and producing with millions of devices pre-sold. A quick call to the manufacturer to investigate this strange business practice revealed that I was the first to let them know about the discontinuation of the line. They have in fact dedicated more resources to increase production since returning from Chinese new year celebrations. Since the street value has almost doubled since my order being placed just cancel the pre-order and charge the full price, their deceit has just lost them a potentially large contract and loyal buyer. Every other retailer in the free world and maybe some in the not so free have their orders coming in, but not BLT, they are the one exception. I read in here how it no big deal, they never charged your card. But it does matter, I placed my trust in BLT and quit sourcing cards. I lost 3 months of searching and now I have to start all over again. I was in the process of putting a 20k order together and now I'm looking for a supplier again. Unless you are an adrenalin junkie or thrive on broken promises and disappointment, I'd avoid BLT. As directed in their response, I ordered a like item, it was back ordered, the arrival date has come and gone, and now I wait for the next delay. Meanwhile I have received 2 orders from different suppliers of the "discontinued " item made after my first order with BLT.

United States | 17 March 2021I applaud the person tasked with responding to these hilarious 1-star reviews and appreciate shopBLT's transparency in regards to my orders... The orders I was about to cancel until I noticed the note that no further orders were being taken so I held out hope and let them ride. My first ship date was missed and immediately updated by BLT. The ETA was missed again yesterday but it was immediately updated to tomorrow. Hoping the people in front of me in queue get their orders fulfilled so I can get closer to receiving mine. Thanks BLT!

United States | 10 March 2021Due to the fact that they have a pre-order option, and they are not like the a-hole scalpers, it's wonderful! The fact they do not charge until they get the item, (ordered 1. Ryzen 9 5950x and 1. ASUS ROG CrossHair Dark Hero) and cannot find it ANYWHERE ELSE… So def 5 stars for the chance to pre-order and have that peace of mind while you still shop around. Will post update when I get items.
