Placed 2 different orders for GPUs since Jan 2021 that were completely canceled and others with endless updates to the ETAs. When I placed the order for all these cards the system stated they had more incoming than were actually purchased but I'm sure literally everyone dealing with this "store" has run into the same thing. I don't know a single person who has received a graphics card from them I would love to hear from anyone who has received a single GPU this month not a shipment of 30. A suggestion, If you need to write disclaimers on every page that the info your providing for ETA/pricing may be wrong maybe it's time to change or copy the system of one of these more successful retailers use like Bestbuy, Amazon, or Microcenter. I have never run into an issue like this from any other company that's "Been in Business for 30 years". And I purchase a wide range of computer parts for my business to include pre-orders etc. it's just the way you present things that makes it seem fraudulent. I was not charged but wasting my time is almost as bad in my eyes especially if someone stopped looking. All it would take is to put an average ship time that was based on real info, not your imagination or best case scenario provided by the manufacturer. You yourself have to know what your getting from them is off by about 7 months at this point right?? Do the customer right and be more transparent. The Positive reviews on here haven't even received a product just praising the chance at getting a card at a markup that they will update you of by email after the fact. Either that or they were asked by shopblt to leave a review PAY ATTENTION...

I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.

Ordered a 3070 a few days ago after being hesitant about trustworthiness. The truth is that this company seems to actually care about giving consumers fairly priced cards, with really no significant markups. An RTX 3070 vision retailed for about 550$ give or take and it's only 630$ on the site. From their responsiveness and helpfulness I trust that BLT will fulfil my order even if it takes 6 months to a year. If you have further questions you should check out their Q&A section as it is pretty helpful. The only criticism I have is that they let you do orders of up to 50 which makes miners and scalpers able to get ahead of you, either way it is better than trying to beat bots on sites like best buy, Amazon, or newegg. Thanks BLT

I placed a preorder in November for a GPU, and was maybe number 30 in line. I still haven't got it after 6 months, but don't blame BLT for the delays, as its out of their hands. I have been casually looking elsewhere for the last several months, and there really is nowhere better. Their communication is decent, and I admire them continuing to try to obtain product.

Leaving this here to combat the many 1 star reviews written out of ignorance, anger, entitlement or a combination of all three. Thanks for giving people the chance at reasonably priced components.

It has been extremely tough to buy PC components recently—especially graphics cards and SFX power supplies. Thanks to BLT, I was able to get both without a hassle. They let you pre-order items that are otherwise impossible to obtain, and that's what really separates them from competitors. They also have very fast shipping and excellent customer service. BLT quickly became one of my favorite places to shop for PC components.

Just here trying to bring back the 5 stars. My order hasn't arrived either because there is a HUGE SHORTAGE and these guys are not wizards. Giving us the ability to pre-order at a non-inflated price in a free waiting line while being able to cancel at any time does not deserve a 1 star rating filled with enraged nonsense. It is a very frustrating situation for everyone(including me!) but trying to damage a legit and upright business won't help with anything. Why not take it out on scalpers and their "business partners" instead if you really need to vent?

Let me first say, I have nothing against ShopBLT and given that they have A+ BBB score, I am sure it is a good business. Here is what my problem is: I placed several orders 3 months ago. Motherboard order was placed on 2/23 with an ETA of 3/7, CPU on 2/28 with an ETA of 3/23, power supply on 3/4 with an ETA of 3/15. Every single one of these items were pushed out on a weekly basis until I recently found them elsewhere and cancelled all my orders with ShopBLT. I am a computer engineer and I buy a lot of parts for personal and professional use. I am perfectly aware of the component shortages this year and I truly believe we all need to be patient with the suppliers. However, there is no excuse for ShopBLT not pushing to get more realistic ETAs from manufacturers and suppliers. For my 3 orders alone, I have 46 emails in my Inbox saying the ETA is being pushed out. Did anyone from ShopBLT care to speak to the suppliers and manufacturers letting them know this is unacceptable from their perspective as well as for their customers? During these shortages, I ordered a lot of parts from Amazon that they didn't have in stock at the time of ordering. However, if Amazon said it is in stock in 3 weeks, I either received the shipping confirmation exactly in 3 weeks or sooner. So obviously there is a better way to get estimates from suppliers out there if ShopBLT is willing to discover. Long story short, after waiting nearly 3 months for ShopBLT to deliver, I gave up on them and started looking at major retailers myself. Within two weeks, I was able to order the same 3 items at MSRP. None of them were impossible to find items (I know GPUs are much harder to find). Based on my experience, I would say there is absolutely no reason to order with ShopBLT. I assure you that you will find what you need sooner than they do if you spend some time browsing and signing up to notification services. Best of luck with your part search.

Prices are competitive and real time inventory on the website is a plus. The execution of my order was straight forward and the parcel & equipment both arrived in good state.

So, for the past couple of day's I have been looking for a low profile GPU that will fit into my old desktop that I am using for college. I don't need some fancy dancy 3080 RTX crazy GPU. so when I have set in stone that I am going to buy the 1050 TI because it has a low profile option. I found one on shopBLT.com for 160$, which is very good since they are selling on ebay for upwards of 500$ as I am typing this. with this being said, I have talked to some people at shopBLT.com but could not find the answer, as following.... "will this take months to arrive" the customer service was alright. But not the best. i am starting to worry, this is because I do not have 500$ for a GPU. And I kind of need one since I kind of need one since video editing is going to be my major. I so far my experience is going well, and I am sorry since this is not really a review as much as this as this is question. But I see alot of bad reviews saying that shopBLT.com is a bad website and that the GPU'S are taking forever to ship. I don't know if it is because they are trying to buy the super cool GTX 3080 when they do not have them in stock yet or if they are buying some cheap GPU'S that are in stock but are just taking for ever to ship. No matter what I hope I can give this website a good review, as my friend said that it is better then newwegg in some scenarios. I would really like to give this website a really good review but the question would this answer would decide if this website is good or not, just in my opinion. so far I do recommend, and think that you should think about purchasing something from this website!

Store experience was/is great! I have a free queue to wait in and will be updated when they're close to getting me the product! I'm not in dire need but it's something I want. I'm grateful they offer what they do and can see I'm not alone. This is a legit store that tells you up front they don't have everything and will tell you when they have what you want. I appreciate this kind of site because if they wanted they could price gouge but appears they are not that kind of company. Will look at this place before ever ordering from other places.

It's too bad, as I have read elsewhere that they have a good reputation. Because of what I had read, I have ordered several different items from them, from graphics cards to desktop CPUs. I haven't made any huge orders. Just one of each item (minus the 3400G, which I ordered two of). One of the items I ordered had very few orders placed on it. I considered myself lucky, as I had got my order in very close to when the product was listed. Sadly, the manufacturer's estimated ship date was delayed. I was informed in an email. Then it happened again. And again. And again. AND AGAIN. You get the idea. Here we are, approaching EIGHT MONTHS of waiting. Every single item I have ordered from them, starting last year, has been perpetually delayed. It is hard to believe that "manufacturers" are giving them these fake estimates that keep changing, month after month. If that's the case, why would ShopBLT even provide any kind of estimate at all? Take the 3400G for example - I was able to order one off Newegg long since I placed the preorder from ShopBLT. There's a microcenter about two hours from me with a stack of them in stock. These restock frequently nowadays, and you can finally order one without scalper markups. But ShopBLT? NOPE. "Estimated" ship date is pushed back again and again. REVIEW UPDATE: They have shipped 0% of what I have ordered from them. 100% of my orders with ShopBLT have been either canceled, or endlessly delayed. Perhaps other products ship in a timely manner, but I think that they should change the term "Pre-order" to "wish list" or "queue". Otherwise, you are preordering items that have NO ACCURATE ESTIMATE on when they will ship. You will wait for months, often while other retailers re-stock and sell out of those same items you "preordered". This is very frustrating, and this is my biggest frustration with ShopBLT. My recommendation is that they eliminate the "preorder" button, as a preorder still implies that you are ordering something that will be released or restocked SOON. Wait times on current hot products still appear indefinite, and often they are simply getting cancelled. Even EVGA, who goes down their list meticulously and sends an individualized buy link to each person on the list, in order, calls their system a "queue". The button says "auto-notify", not preorder, and this is a more accurate term. The word preorder still carries a strong implication that you'll get a product, and the ETA implies an estimated time. BLT's store even goes so far as to show how many are ordered and how many are incoming. Normally, I would shower them with high praise for such transparency, but how can you have an actual number of "incoming" at all for a product that gets cancelled entirely? ShopBLT needs to be more up-front about this. Yes, they have the disclaimers that the ETAs are not from ShopBLT, but the manufacturers, but these numbers are turning out to be ENTIRELY FALLS, and BLT should warn customers of this alarming trend and practice. It would greatly reduce the feelings of frustration or disappointment, or at least make it easier to direct such sentiment towards the manufacturers/distributors rather than toward ShopBLT. If they actually ship SOMETHING that I've ordered over the last several months, I'll be happy to update my review. Until then, buyer beware. Full disclosure: I have been in direct contact with ShopBLT, and due to our correspondence, I have updated my review wording, and also changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. That level of communication alone is impressive, and I am VERY grateful they reached out. I want to give them 5 stars, and there are two ways they can earn those two stars back from me: 1. They could be TRANSPARENT on these high demand items. Don't call it a "preorder" anymore. If you insist on calling it a preorder, be totally transparent on high demand items that there is a very high likelihood that your order will be cancelled or indefinitely delayed regardless of the "ordered", "incoming", and "ETA" reports on ShopBLT's website. or 2. They could actually ship me something that I have preordered. Either way will earn them back two stars. ShopBLT has been in the business for a long time, and I appreciate them reaching out to me personally to try to resolve my frustration with this situation. They are also frustrated with this situation, and their willingness to communicate speaks volumes about their company and their care of their customers.

I ordered a GPU about 5 months ago. They claimed that they had GPUs that were being shipped to them shipped to them. I understand how backorder works. I have ordered car parts that were pending production and shipped internationally, I received those within 4 months. “I get an email every week saying they have not forgot about my order…" It’s exhausting getting the same email every week with a projected date getting pushed further and further back. I just received this today “ We have been informed that the ordered product has an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA) into our warehouse of 08/09/21. We sincerely appreciate your patience and will be shipping your order as soon as is possible.” I understand there was a pandemic and that Texas had the big freeze. I’m just irritated they claimed they had GPUs in route (they will state in it differently but regardless of the terminology it’s the same thing). I can honestly say I’ve never experienced this before… It’s extremely irritating, mostly the emails reminding me that it will ship one day. Hahaha.

I placed an order for a 5950x AMD CPU on November 17th, 2020. When making this order, ShopBLT made it clear that that the item was not in stock, but is on order into our warehouses. They also let me know that the ETA for the item to arrive from the factory was 11/27/2020, and that that was not an ETA that was set in stone but could change depending on what information they received from the manufacturers. I thought, okay, I know that this is essentially a good estimate for when they would receive the CPU (and I would receive it about ~1 week after they got it). I would've been very happy with receiving the CPU before the end of the year, especially considering the current circumstances. And then the delays started coming in. First, pushing it back a week at a time, and later by entire months. I've received 17 emails in a row saying that there was a delay in receiving the item from manufacturers and pushing back the date. This is not the way a business is supposed to operate. I know that the company will respond to this post saying something along the lines of "You knew what you were getting into! We told you that the dates were not set in stone! And anyways, its the manufacturers fault for ringing us around on the orders!". These are all pretty much just excuses. Yes, you said that dates were not set in stone, but there was no indication I would be waiting almost half a year. Yes, these are unusual times, but you can compensate for that in the orders you take in in the first place. If you don't think you'll get it for at least 3 months, then let me know that so I can decide whether or not I want to stay in the queue. Yes, you didn't charge me, but you set up an expectation (18 times in a row) and continually failed to meet it. I don't know if Bottom Line Telecommunications is deceptive, but I do know that they have not acted responsibly in their taking of my order. I'm not going to continue to wait on them, and you shouldn't place an order with them.

I, like many others, am in the market for a GPU and I can't believe how many people are getting upset over a FREE queue. In a world where amazon, best buy, and the other big companies have truly awful systems that seem to cater towards bots and scalpers, BLT's queue at least gives some transparency and the promise of an eventual GPU for those willing to show a bit of patience. Granted, it might be A LOT of patience, but that's the current market right now. I honestly don't see a downside as it is free to wait and free to cancel if I find a GPU in the meantime. Bummed out that BLT's review score has gone down to four stars, but hopefully with some more rational reviewers such as myself, we can get it back up to five.

If you have a decent card and are not in a hurry to upgrade then you should use this site. If you need a card this week then you're going to have to go on ebay and pay a scalper 2x-3x MSRP. Or camp outside a Microcenter overnight to MAYBE get a card if you're lucky. That's the state of buying a card right now. People do get cards from this site eventually. I'm not one of them yet but I have found reviews on Reddit of people getting cards after having waited a very long time. That is unobjectively better than never getting a card like you would from Best Buy or Amazon or Walmart or name any other retailer. I'll probably update this review to 5 stars when my order arrives.

A true customer here. I like shopblt, at least it gives me hope to get my card. But after waiting for a few months and nothing shipped to me, and seeing so many new 5 star reviews, I feel like something is wrong. To new customers: order products from shopblt if you are willing to wait for a few month without knowing if you can get your cards. Good thing about shopblt is they don’t charge you before shipment,I wish they charged me something for deposit or whatever, at least it shows they want to ship something to you. —from a sad customer First update on 05/13/2021: David from Shopblt reached out to me and explained a few things that can help other customers like me to clear confusions. 1. "No customer is ever allowed to jump the line." I was under an impression that some one left 5 stars review saying they got their GPUs faster than me even tho I placed my order earlier, and I left the initial review with 1 star. It was emotional and not fair, if you asked me right now. I'm updating the review score to a neutral 3 stars now. 2. All reviews are from true customer, and your order information will be verified. That is what I'm gonna do: 1. I will give another update based on my genuine experience after my order shipped or at least complete one business cycle, and hope that will help other customers who also have waited in lines. 2. Folks, at least we know shopblt cares about customer and respect the order in line. For now, let's just wait. Peace and Love!
