We had a custom engagement ring made at Greenlake Jewelry in Bellevue, and it was an amazing experience. The whole team at Greenlake helped us iterate on our initial idea, and they guided us through each decision (gem types, gem sizes, metal differences, etc.) and how it would influence our design. Ashlen, our designer, updated us through each step of the process, replete with pictures and detailed explanations. She was amazing at answering questions, and was always quick to respond to emails. Highly recommended!

The entire process was a joy from start to finish. Everyone in the Bellevue location has always been very warm and welcoming. We never felt like strangers when dropping by. Our designer Ben was extremely patient and committed to fulfilling our vision. His design and diligence allowed us to walk away with our dream ring. We're incredibly grateful for the experience Green Lake Jewelry has given us, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again sometime.

I had a great experience working with Greenlakes Jewlery. I wanted an engagement ring with a certain feel to it that I couldn’t find anywhere, and they took my notes and made a complex, organic, beautiful ring, and were willing to make changes along the way.

Throughout the entire design process, every member of the Green Lake Jewelry Works team that I spoke to was helpful and inviting. My designer, Chelsea, took her time to show me all sorts of rings and designs and provided detailed explanations for all of the questions that I had. Even on a day when Chelsea wasn’t working, Michelle was more than happy to help me out. My fiancé and I couldn’t be more pleased with how the ring turned out.

I recommend Green Lake Jewelry to anyone in the market for nice jewelry. The option to customize and work with the designer is wonderful, and surprisingly not as expensive as I would have thought! They are very focused on making sure the customer need's are met without being pushy. I would highly recommend them.

I did research on locations to visit, questions to ask, general ring and diamond guidelines so I had a share of knowledge when discussing plans. Every time I walk into the store I have been quickly welcomed. Upon landing on a direction for a ring design the designer was thorough in providing information and allowed me to make a decision without pressure. Going to Green Lake to shop and/or design a ring is like shopping at Filson. While the product costs slightly more than general market retailers in malls and shopping centers, you will receive an experience and product that will last a lifetime, be high quality, and have outstanding customer service.

Let me start off by saying that I am not a fan of jewelry stores and stores like jewelry stores. I often feel 'smoozed' and the whole experience feels pressured and the 'niceness' fake. But this was not my experience at Greenlake Jewelry Works! In fact, it was the opposite of everything I just wrote. The rings were beautiful. Crafted by artisans. This store is unique. The rings were unique and beautiful. Next the environment was authentically friendly and professional. My fianancee and I both bought our rings here because of the quality of the rings and the professionalism of both Pia and Amber. We were well cared for as a couple and never felt any pressure to buy. This was not the case at other stores. And the combination of high quality and the beautiful way in which we were treated brought us back. We both highly recommend Greenlake Jewelry Works to anyone! You will not be disappointed.

We had a duplicate of my husband's wedding ring made to replace my wedding ring which was lost in a home burglary many years ago. Green Lake Jewelry did an excellent job of duplication, including the amount of wear on his ring (we have been married over 50 years - wear is inevitable). I also had a different ring sized. We would not hesitate to recommend Green Lake Jewelry. Excellent work, wonderfully helpful and pleasant personnel, reasonable pricing, and done in a timely manner.

I worked both online and over the phone with Green Lake to choose and design a ring. I was so impressed with their responsiveness and astonished with the finished product. Their metal work skills seemed to be above any other jeweler in their price range.

The experience with Green Lake Jewelry was marvelous. Mitch and team were extremely responsive, had fun design ideas, and helped educate me on the intricacies of jewelry design. I had purchased a diamond separately, but they were able to source and show me another diamond which looked inferior on-paper but was significantly better in-person. Highly, highly, recommended. I've worked with other custom jewelry shops a bit, but none came close to this experience.
