I love the wedding ring I had made at Green Lake Jewelry! The whole process of creating my dream ring was great, and we enjoyed working with Mitch. Also, I know you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but I loved the decor and look of the showroom. Some of the other jewelers we visited felt very dated, and I much preferred the atmosphere at Green Lake Jewelry (plus the complimentary espresso was a nice treat!).

I went to Green Lake Jewelry for a custom urn pendant modeled after my very dear, recently departed cat. In addition to designing and producing an exquisite piece of jewelry, they provided top-rate customer service from beginning to end. I'd especially like to mention how much I loved their online design center -- it made it so much easier to keep in close contact with my designer and follow the progress of my piece. I chose Green Lake Jewelry because they actually reached out to me on Pinterest, then I had several coworkers recommend it to me, and online reviews were great. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The Bellevue store is gorgeous with unique flooring and the ability to see the employees doing all aspects of work. Plus, you're offered wine, beer, coffee, etc every time you visit, which is amazing. At first I wasn't sure what design I wanted for my great-grandmother's diamond, but after my design artist gave me some ideas using photoshop, I poked around more on the site and found a few design elements that I liked. She was able to put them together to create my unique ring. It's simple, has a split shank and milgrain detail around the diamond, and I love it! It was a fun, easy experience and now I have a wedding ring that is even more special because I got to design it.

I made jewelry for my girlfriend as a gift for the anniversary. Everything was very well, happy with the work of the guys. Fast, high-quality and quite inexpensive.

I went into the process of designing an engagement ring with a healthy amount of trepidation. Thankfully, the staff at Green Lake Jewelry Works were incredibly gracious, knowledgeable, and understanding. The end result of our collaboration is a ring that surpasses my greatest hopes.

Just a great experience overall. Loved that there was no pressure when we initially walked in to explore looking at engagement rings. Also loved the fact that we could have something custom designed and made to our tastes. Chelsea did an amazing job of understanding what we are looking for and condensing our tastes and ideas into a beautiful design and her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I couldn't imagine having a better experience.

Design team was amazing. They put up with all of my requests and questions and waited for me to get back to them between my busy schedule. Took 14 months to create the perfect engagement ring. Extremely custom from the ground up. So well made and beautiful beyond belief. A++

Greenlake took an image of a vintage ring and created a modern version using my own stones. It is stunning and they stuck with it through the design phase until it was perfect! So pleased to have a one of a kind piece made from fairmined gold!

I came to Green Lake with a pretty late request for an engagement ring. I let them know of my timeline, and not only did they accommodate, they were super patient with my requests and still took the time to explain the diamonds and band options. Such a great and comforting experience. The ring turned out perfect! (She said yes!) Great place!

Sophia with Green Lake Jewelry Works was an excellent designer to work with, always providing quick responses to my many questions about designer a custom engagement ring. She was extremely helpful and open about the process, guiding me through with pictures as the ring developed! Absolutely fantastic experience!

Once again, We had superb friendly service when we cam in for our design consultation. We only had to meet once in person, because our designer sent us cad,wax and finished product photos during each phase of the ring construction. The only downside is that it takes a bit to make a custom ring. 4-6 weeks when some shops can turn them around in 2-3 weeks.

I went to Green Lake Jewelry Works for a custom Montana sapphire engagement ring and had a great experience. Their customer service is wonderful. Working with my designer was swift and easy. I was concerned that getting a custom ring would be too expensive but their prices are reasonable considering the quality of the jewelry. I am definitely returning for my wedding band.

I’ve had three custom pieces of jewelry made at Green Lake Jewlery - my wife’s wedding ring, my wedding band, and a pendant for Mother’s Day. We loved the whole process and experience of creating each piece with the designers at Green Lake. Their staff are super friendly, professional, caring, and patient. They took the time to really get to know us too which made the whole experience feel even more special. When we created our pieces with Green Lake Jewlery it felt like we were putting a piece of ourselves into the jewelry thereby infusing the precious metalwork with love. I can’t imagine buying jewelry out of a display case in a shopping mall ever again.

A unique person deserves an equally unique ring. I always knew I wanted to design my own custom engagement ring and Green Lake Jewelry delivered a beautiful, otherworldly and whimsical ring that captures the essence of my who I am. My partner and I decided to both create our rings with this esteemed jeweler and we cannot be more happy! There were a few tiny hiccups along the way concerning timing, pricing and shipping (UPS is a gigantic headache) but any fears or reservations were immediately eradicated once we laid eyes on the final product! We absolutely love our rings that symbolize ourselves and our love for one another. Our rings took a little more than three months from start to finish and are complete works of art. We worked with designer Amber Worley who was incredibly talented, patient and humble. She did her best in ensuring our rings came out exactly what we wanted. From sketching the design to gem selection, we were involved every step of the way. We can't thank Green Lake enough for making our engagement so incredibly special.
