I worked with designer Ashley to have the diamond solitare ring that had belonged to my mother reset in a new band. When I gave her a sense of the style I was thinking about, she showed me options and helped me arrive at the setting I chose. I appreciated that she sent me photos of a wax model setting with my diamond to help me visualize how the ring would look when finished. The Northgate location is a very unique space, very inviting and artfully designed, and I'm sure a great place for the artists and everyone who works there. I truly had a great experience at Green Lake Jewelry Works, they are professional, talented and expressed care that I was fully happy with my ring that turned out beautifully! I love that they sent me a photo gallery of the design steps of my ring from start to finish. I highly recommend to anyone who desires a personalized experience with their jewelry design/purchases a trip to Green Lake Jewelry Works.

My experience with Green Lake Jewelry was outstanding! From my initial phone call to the last message to my consultant, the customer service was superb. My consultant, Ashlen, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Sometimes almost immediately. She is an asset to Green Lake Jewelry. I wanted to make an additional changed to my ring when it was already in production and there was no problems with doing that. The entire process was exciting. Everything was awesome, the only gripe, maybe its just me, is that i didn't feel as guided as id like it was just kinda if i had an idea they would say ok and it would happen and that is great, but i felt it was kind of lacking the professional feedback or design critique. you are designing something that could get very expensive very quick and a little feedback to make sure its perfect is always nice since it isn't exactly returnable.

Pia is a great, personable and professional designer. She listened to our ideas, answered all of our questions, and was very easy to talk to. Green Lake Jewelry is amazing! They do all the work themselves, hire amazing artists (like Amber, she's ******* awesome), and everybody on their staff was friendly and super knowledgable. First, they do all the work themselves which is super cool. The ring we bought was cut, designed, and set by Green Lake Jewelry. Most other places will just buy cut stones or even complete rings, and then sell them to you at huge markups. We saw our stone the day it was cut in their store! Next, Amber and the design process was the absolute best. She listened, was patient, and is an incredible artist. The ring we ended up with just glows and a lot of the credit goes to her. Highly HIGHLY recommended! Last, is the service is just great. Everyone at Green Lake Jewelry is amazing! In the 4 month process, we learned so much and felt super welcome. The support they gave and are still giving is better than any of our friend's experiences. I can't recommend Green Lake Jewelry enough!!!! Especially Amber!!! If you want something truly unique and special designed by some amazing people, this is the place to go!!! My fiancé is already asking about earrings and other jewelry she wants from here!

I live in Cincinnati, Ohio & I recently worked with Vinh, a designer at Green Lake Jewelry in Seattle, WA. Of course my distance from any of their store locations was an obstacle, but I knew from their website that I wanted to have them design a ring for me & the website facilitated this. By creating my own account I could keep track of designs I liked & ask questions of my designer right on that forum, & the responses were always in a timely fashion. Once I knew what I wanted was achievable, we traveled to meet Vinh in person. We made the Pacific Northwest our vacation destination, & Vinh was very flexible with the appointment time when our plans changed last minute. He helped us talk through what we wanted & did a rough sketch right there. It was as if he was reading our minds. He sized my fiance's finger & thought ahead for anything else that we would need to do before leaving. We didn't need to visit the store another time. All communication was done through our account on their website. Vinh posted pictures of the process and pictures of the finished ring before he shipped it. When we received the ring, we were so impressed with the craftsmanship. Everything worked out perfectly. Our vacation, our designer, our ring. Let's keep that trend going for our marriage!
