James was very helpful, polite and patient and answered all my questions clearly. He was also very efficient and each stage of the process of renewing the contract was carefully navigated with explanations to me as to what we would be getting as a customer and what was required of us.

It was a pleasure dealing with Daryl Carr. I did not feel pressurised at all during the negotiations; unlike certain brokers who I have dealt with in the past. Darryl originally telephoned me in November 2020 when I explained that I will be looking at our company's contracts early March. He duly contacted me and it took 7 days to complete.

I have been working with The Green Energy Advice Bureau to review all sites within our business (12+ sites). They have been fantastic at organising / prioritising each site and obtaining best prices. They also provided all of the information needed to ensure I had a comprehensive overview of all sites/meters to aid future re-newels. I would highly recommend The Green Energy Advice Bureau and think they did a fantastic job for our business.

Had a problem with an invoice relating to a charge that I disputed, spoke to James Swann, who promised he would look into it and call me back, he did and he sorted it out. Very pleased with the service

We have been trying to resolve an issue with British Gas since July 2018 they claimed we owed them money but we had emails and invoices from them to show that we had paid our final bill in August 2018. They sent Debt Collecting Agencies for the small amount. Each time we would send them all the correspondence to them and they would go back to Brisith Gas saying they would not be taking it any further as we had paid them the money. Garry helped us with speaking to British Gas to try to get this resolved. This has been ongoing and finally they agreed that we had actually paid too much and have sent a cheque for the amount they owe us!

Great service from Craig, fully explained the whole process and easy to switch to a new supplier, highly recommended!
