Very friendly, professional staff - It really didn't feel like we were doing business. Communication was excellent, I was kept in the loop every step of the way and any ' technical ' areas were explained in terms I understood without feeling patronised. Let's face it, negotiating utility contracts is not really top of anyone's priority lists and it's brilliant to have these guys take that away and come back with an excellent deal that you know you would never have got yourself.
