I needed my 22 yr old grandson to figure out what to do with all the little pieces. And he showed me how also. I don't have best eyesight for the small instructions. I found Only One pair of smallest size that fit in my ears. So far, I don't see any real improvement in hearing the TV. I shall hope and pray it helps more soon.

These are as amplifiers not actual hearing aids,and really thought they were Bluetooth compatible. I know that they are much cheaper than hearing aids, but they really shouldn't be advertising these as hearing aids. Very disappointed!

Hearing aids squeal when using phone. The adapters are to small. Hearing aids do not stay in.

They came well packaged with easy instructions. They were larger than I expected placing them correctly eased the initial discomfort and they work exceptionally well in a crowded room and watching TV

Hearing aids did not perform as well as my behind the ear versions. I returned then we’ll before the required 45 day trial period. You received them on Dec. 24. It is Feb. 23 and I still do not have my refund. I have contacted customer support twice to no avail. Update: It is now May 2, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the Company a number of times to no avail.

I purchased these for an 80 year old neighbor because her older hearing aids were no longer working for her. These aids have been wonderful and she is ecstatic. They are comfortable, do not interfere with her glasses as the over the ear models did,and she is able to hear better than she has for some time. It has resulted in her being more sociable and enjoying being with people again. We could not have afforded the extremely high prices of most companies.

I am very pleased with my Bossa hearing aids but I do have a problem with tenderness in the ear after wearing the hearing aid. I like to wear it for watching tv.

Still just trying to get used to them. They are a little bit tinny sounding but they do amplify. They pick up wind noise and that is annoying, but I’m playing with the volume setting which will help. So overall, they do help.

Returned the devices within the required return policy, however, it took more than two months to get a refund. If that wasn't bad enough I had to continually email them that the refund was not being processed. I was told that the refund request had been escalated for a refund. Had I not been following up with them I don't think I would have received a refund. Very disappointed.
