United States | 24 February 2023I needed my 22 yr old grandson to figure out what to do with all the little pieces. And he showed me how also. I don't have best eyesight for the small instructions. I found Only One pair of smallest size that fit in my ears. So far, I don't see any real improvement in hearing the TV. I shall hope and pray it helps more soon.

United States | 24 February 2023These are as amplifiers not actual hearing aids,and really thought they were Bluetooth compatible. I know that they are much cheaper than hearing aids, but they really shouldn't be advertising these as hearing aids. Very disappointed!

United States | 24 February 2023Hearing aids did not perform as well as my behind the ear versions. I returned then we’ll before the required 45 day trial period. You received them on Dec. 24. It is Feb. 23 and I still do not have my refund. I have contacted customer support twice to no avail. Update: It is now May 2, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the Company a number of times to no avail.

United States | 23 February 2023I purchased these for an 80 year old neighbor because her older hearing aids were no longer working for her. These aids have been wonderful and she is ecstatic. They are comfortable, do not interfere with her glasses as the over the ear models did,and she is able to hear better than she has for some time. It has resulted in her being more sociable and enjoying being with people again. We could not have afforded the extremely high prices of most companies.

United States | 23 February 2023Still just trying to get used to them. They are a little bit tinny sounding but they do amplify. They pick up wind noise and that is annoying, but I’m playing with the volume setting which will help. So overall, they do help.

If that wasn't bad enough I had to continually email them that the refund was not being processed. I was told that the refund request had been escalated for a refund. Had I not been following up with them I don't think I would have received a refund. Very disappointed.
