My phone conversation with two of your staff. Both knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Calling in is a big problem, long waits, and long times for a call back. Other than that, no other issues. My husband is trying the hearing aids, and they seem to be working out for him. We are still in the learning stage, but things seem to be going well. For starters, TV can be turned down considerably. Hoping this continues.

Hearing aids are junk and customer service is even worse!!!

I have only had them for a little while but am for the most part happy with them.

Customer service is excellent. The staff seems knowledgeable, and willing to help work thru any issues and offer suggestions and alternatives for these issues.

The hearing aids are small and my hearing is so much better! They are well worth the money. I love them. They are great!! I referred my niece to them so she could get a pair. She was excited about getting them. I'm sure she will be happy!!

Bought the Bossa hearing aid and it wasn't comfortable, too big. Wanted to return and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to "mini". I declined and now, 7 weeks later still have not had my return processed. I've called 3 times and always the same story. Really lousy customer service. Go thru a store for a hearing aid.

Good fit with little or no feedback. Volume adjustment could be more accessible though.

Purchase was ok, but I did not like the hearing aids, so I returned them exactly as instructed to, and I still did not get my refund back and it has been over 2 months now and they said it would be within a couple weeks. Ridiculous. Still waiting on it.

They are not small

These are hearing amplifiers and not hearing aids. They are horrible and have I have sent mine back. Now Bossa won't issue a refund. They just keep giving me the run around.

I thought my delivery time was 8 to 12 days.. I ordered on Feb. 9 and on Feb. 21st I was told to expect delivery on Feb. 24th.. I have a friend that can't say enough about how he likes these earing aides and I can't wait to try mine..
