Purchased a bed from Home furnishings uk Could not fault the company from ordering process to delivering the item . Thank you guys recommended to family and freinds.

Goods ordered and received email confirmation. Payment taken by Opayo Evalon third party payment provider. No further communication received. No delivery made. Sent email - no reply. Telephoned numerous times - telephone not answered. Left message on answerphone - no reply. Eventually got my money back through credit card. My advice -DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. They literally hung up on me mid talking - it's really bad. When I called back there was barely an apology. We ordered a bed from them but we never received confirmation that it will be delivered. We got suspicious and then checked Trust Pilot and found these terrible reviews. We cancelled the order once reading the reviews. They charged £55 to cancel an order - this was not on the cancellation/ refund policy as I had read it before purchasing the item.

Terrible outfit. Fake mattresses. AVOID !!! Claiming to sell mattresses made by Deluxe Beds UK but they are cheap fakes.

Absolutely horrendous company. Sent the wrong mattress, customer service did not respond to any email, they kept instigating they sent the weigh mattress. Awfully rude lady on the phone was shouting at me, did not introduce herself and simply hung up on me saying she ‘does not have time’. Avoid at all costs and save up, if possible, for a mattress from a more reputable provider.

Saggyist mattress ever! Company wouldn't collect it without packaging and, as there was a delay in getting it wrapped for return (as it was bought for my disabled son who lives elsewhere, and we had to wait for a new mattress to be delivered, over Christmas, to re-use the packaging), they said it was out of policy for refund, despite regular emails to them. It's so saggy, you can feel the slats through it when you sit on it. I can't even sell it - it's that bad. Now I also have to arrange a tip trip, or I might just burn it.

I was extremely impressed with the Hf4you.co.uk delivery service. I needed a bed delivered within 48 hours. It said on their website that if I ordered it there and then, the bed would indeed be delivered the day I wanted it - only 2 days later. I clicked the button with trepidation as I've experienced dreadful problems with a bed company in the past. However ... happily everything happened as they said it would. I was emailed, texted and the bed arrived on time and in perfect condition. No problem.at all. It just shows it is possible to operate a succefull bed delivery service.

We bought a bed and mattress from this company.They sent us a £70 mattress (priced it) when we paid £229 for a mattress and are now ignoring our requests for a refund-do not trust this company they are scammers

Avoid! Messed up my order of double divan bed, sent wrong drawers 7-8 times... cheap materials; beds bust within a year from a single 11 stone male.. need i say more? Forgot to mention.. paid over the phone, never received a receipt or anything of that kind. Now having to buy a new bed, from a reputable company - waste of £600.

Awful trader, no customer care. A one man company with awful degrading treatment of customers. Avoid at all costs.

Recommend by a friend rang up to confirm a few things spoke to Gemma what a lovely polite lady very helpful and great product knowledge order super king size divan and even manage to pick my own delivery date so far very good Update to follow next Tuesday when we receive our order

Bought numerous beds from here & they always go above and beyond for their customers.. delivery service 10/10, customer service staff very polite and help out with any enquires you have.. always keep you up to date with delivery.. 10/10 over all for the amazing service

Great service, the bed was delivered in good condition even when I discovered there was accessories that wasn’t included, it was posted to me within 2days. I recommend their services, the bed was a good value for the price

Stay clear paid £450 for table and chairs and got bumped !!!!! Seemingly using this page but have an actual shop with a different name… oh how the tables will turn !!!

I ordered a small double Rio bed from this company and it’s the 2 no one I have ordered cause the first one was amazing quality , I also have it in a single , amazing quality and always fast delivery

Avoid at all costs. Do not trust there advise!!! Never have I ever dealt with a cowboy company like this is my life, unhelpful, unprofessional and poor customer service. This company actually cost me money even when it was their mistake. I had to pay £80 for it to be returned. I purchased a mattress based on the advise I received from them and even on purchase advised if it’s not in a soft I don’t want to go through with the purchase or have the issue of returning it. They sent a firm mattress which they confirmed when I messaged them however, when sending them screen shots of all the proof I had about being advised to purchase this mattress they still said I would have to pay to return it. total injustice and honestly never ever bother to review but had to do this one to tell people to save their money and shop elsewhere.

Bought and paid for 3 items. Only recieved 1 item and this was shipped from China instead of the UK. LOOK OUT ! !

Update: bed delivered 8 days late however, on unpacking the quality was atrocious. They did offer a refund through PayPal if we sent it back. We explained that our father in law (who’s bed it was at the caravan) was seriously ill in hospital and it would be a couple of Weeks before we could arrange to have it sent back as we didn’t want to leave him. They offered no empathy or leeway so unfortunately our claim lapsed and they won. Sadly he never came home from hospital and passed away. As a company they wouldn’t offer any support during troubled times or extend the timeframe to return to allow us to spend precious time with him during his final days. They can keep the money for the bed but this is a warning to all potential buyers….this company is disgraceful! This company has failed to deliver a bed on two separate occasions leaving my 80yr father-in-law sleeping on the settee. Speaking to customer service is shocking with them showing little empathy and a lack of ownership to resolve passing the blame to the delivery company. Had to put a PayPal claim in to receive a refund!

Amazing value. I’ve had 2 beds last summer and ordered another today. No issues, free delivery, quick responses and great service. 🙌🏽
