This company is unethical, sleazy, unprofessional and a scam. I ordered a labor poster from them after getting mail that it was needed for my small business (only myself working there), then got a call that I didn't need the poster but was required by law to have this other package, after reviewing what they emailed me, I realized I was lied to, emailed them and told them I did not need the product and wpuld not be purchasing, I then get a call a month later from a very rude woman saying I have to pay for it and my email does not count as cancellation. I brought up the 100 satisfaction guarantee on the website and again the fact I was lied to. She told me it doesn't matter and they would just send me to collections. I asked to get a call from someone higher up, she said they would, never got a call. When I would call I couldn't get through to anyone. Then a few months later I get another call from a different lady. This one was very nice and asked if I had proof of my email sent to cancel. I did and sent it to her. She said she would take care of it within a day and get back to me. I don't gear back from her, I give her a few days, email to follow up, nothing, then email again a week later, nothing. I can't get ahold of anyone there and now I just got a bill from collections. How is this even legal? I would never recommend this company, stay far far away.

They had been harassing me for months attempting to collect info about my company, after I placed an order. They refused to send the laminated poster if I didn't answer to there questions. I just canceled the ordered, they didn't want to accept the cancelation, so I had to put an stop payment. Now they want to make me pay for a poster that I canceled and never received. They trying to get it through a collection company. Insane

They do not understand do not call again. They call every day sometimes more than once. We have gone with another company we no longer require your services. Plain and simple.

Constant Harassment! We have been very clear for over 2 years - we will NOT do business with this company. They mailed out things we did NOT need or request and SAID they sent us other items we did not get. We paid the outrageous bill just to be done with them while notifying them we would NEVER do business with them again. They have been calling every couple weeks for the last 2 years!

receipt of the product was great. i'm not so sure about the advertisement of the product sold, however. it seemed rather bait and switch to me. i saw a smaller amount quoted, but many days after the fact, a price was discussed at 10 times the original cost. we are a non-profit institution where every $ is counted on. the experience was rather surprising.

Bought one poster many years ago and then simply downloaded free workplace posters as my company slowly downsized. Now this Personnel Concepts is writing to one of my employees that opened their own solo LLC stating our company poster is obsolete and the "We Pay the Fine" reimbursement expired. BOLD letters stating SUSPENSION OF COVERAGE. At least their fee was only $26 versus $114 and $295 from other vendors. These posters can be downloaded for FREE!!!

I only wanted to paid the $9.95 only and shipping of $5.95. I never click and chose any other services. I only agreed paid total of $15.90 but ended up charge my credit addition $188.26 & $50 on my card. Too bad I never agreed to pay for these amount. I don’t need your poster or any of your service. You shouldn’t do this because the bank are protecting their customers from scammer like you. Good luck with scamming more people. And too bad for you I screenshot what I purchased and how much should I be paid. You will get a call from my bank for charging other amount without my permission. Get ready to get sue. :)))))

Placed an order online that costed $24.95 and then get a phone call saying I need to pay $250.00 I said I don’t need the order just cancel it, then she said we will ship what you ordered. I said I don’t want. She was rude and harassing me on the phone.

I wish i could give 0 stars. They keep calling and harassing our business. We were bullied on the phone, pestered, and then they charged our card on an account that was cancelled LAST YEAR. We never authorized any payments and they charged us $800. The lady named Stacy should be fired. Will never use again, she tuded us. Worst experience EVER. DO NOT PICK UP THEIR CALLS. They will bully and harass you and take advantage even after you blatantly say NO.

They tried charging me for posters when I said from the start, I didn't want it. They tried lying saying that they sent it. What type of company would send a product without payment first? To this day, they keep on calling my work place and harassing me.

Very aggressive. My business used them last year and they will not leave us alone this year to renew. We have already decided to use someone else and we told them that but they are still calling trying to trick us by saying things like "We want to talk to ____(decision maker) about their order." But really they mean the order last year. Won't take no for an answer. At the beginning I'd ask for a number to reach them and they REFUSE to leave a contact number. No offense, but why would we sign on with someone we can't even reach?

This company needs to be shut down for unethical business practices. 14 years of owning a small business. My Office Manager ordered posters from them in January after multiple "pushy" sales calls. Today, they called again, twice, asking for the Office Manager (who just happens to be out on maternity leave), so they got me. I explained that we were NOT interested and all set. The sales lady continued to push to speak with our Office Manager and I let her know she was out on maternity and we were not interested. 15 minutes later this company processed an order for $594.88 (Pro Edition Posters - $499.90 and $64.99 shipping, $29.99 taxes) and sends an invoice to the manager on maternity leave, showing she was the one who placed the order. I immediately called them, calmly explaining the situation even though I was floored this is how they conduct business. Instead of being surprised and apologetic that an unauthorized order was processed, the customer service rep, begin to try and "sell" me as well. Finally, after needing to raise my voice and insist the order be cancelled, he indicated "he would do his best, but the order had already been processed at the warehouse and if we received the order just send it back" Really, already processed within 15 minutes...please. This place is a SCAM and I can only imagine the unauthorized orders they get away with and $594 for posters?? Business owners be warned, don't accept or buy anything from this corrupt company....shameful!

poster is good for $10.... the 3 following exactly same phone calls trying to upsell me for $99 a year x3 for my 3 locations, because when purchasing the posters i would not be compliant yet... wasn't that the purpose of buying the poster from them? i was told from them that i still needed to add the osha paper (that is on the poster) and 2 others. So frustrated on the 2nd call that I said I want to cancel the order, they said I would need to call Customer Service. 3rd call, i tried to sell something to the rep in reply. The reps were nice, doing their scamming company's job, but if you are not aware - it feels like it is necessary to buy what they are trying to up-sell.
