United States | 18 March 2020I needed an additional poster for one of our field offices. I have a HR background and knew exactly what I needed to post. I found what I needed and placed my order. I received two different calls from Personnel Concepts asking me questions about the business and then tried to bully me into ordering more. I was so frustrated that on the second call I told them to cancel my order an they refused.

United States | 15 March 2020They're scammers. They sent us a promo on the mail for posters costing only $10.90. Someone called me and told me that the total cost is $300+ so I cancelled my order. They still cashed my check.

United States | 13 March 2020Ordered and received the posters required by law; but that wasn't good enough; they call and state4 they are from the Department of Labor; they call and state they are from Personnel Concepts; when you tell them to stop calling they wait a week and call again. I hung up on them and explained they need to stop and once again within a few minutes they call back again!!!! I have blocked them and they keep calling on different numbers; please PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!

United States | 05 March 2020Good luck getting paid. You charged me $100 for the same posters that you sent me a year ago. I am not paying for a bunch of crap posters. If you want them back I will mail them out. Don't ever call my business again. You will not bully your way into your scam. And your replies to every review is comical. Tell osha to come on out and inspect us. Your threats don't work here anymore. Julie Swafford

United States | 05 March 2020This is an absolute scam. They called to confirm the order, which I thought was weird, but whatever. They lied to me about what my boss ordered and what should have been a $25 order ended up being well over $200. They also lied to me about what we needed. I work for an employment lawyer so my boss knew what we need to have up in the office. We called to cancel the order and they refused saying that it had already been shipped, but the tracking information said that the label had been created and that it had not been shipped yet. They did say that we could refuse the package when it arrived and we could get a full refund. I was annoyed, but decided not to fight it anymore. About an hour ago my unwanted package was delivered in a tube without a top on it. The only way to refuse a package is if it is unopened. Since it arrived unopened we couldn't refuse it. I went to the post office to see if there was some loophole and they said that since I couldn't prove it arrived open, there was nothing they could do. Since it arrived open, the posters were damaged. I called Personnel Concepts to get a refund for damaged product, but they said that they were not responsible for any damaged product and refused to give us a refund. They said that if we paid out of pocket to send it back that they would give us a refund. However we're mad because they lied to us about what we need and what we ordered. It is wrong that they lied and it is wrong that they refused to cancel the shipment and it is wrong that they are expecting us to pay for a damaged product that we didn't even want to begin with. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all cost! They are liars and will trick you and scare you into buying things that you are not required to have by law.

United States | 02 March 2020So I just recieved a invoice In the mail for 359.00 something about identity theft. I dont want this and I want your company to stop calling me. I also found out you can get free posters. Also it says on the invoice if not 100 percent satisfied your company will send back money. That doesn't sound like a c ok compliant thing you need. When someone from your company called me and said I needed to be compliant and pay this i even told them I wasnt interested but they kept pressing the issue. So I told them to send it and I would review it. The very next day I got another call and they wouldn't leave me alone. I even told them now was not the time I just buried my mother but she was very demanding and kept it up. So again I said I would review it. Well I guess I have them both to thank because after looking into this I found out alot. I dont have to pay a dime to this business and I wont ever again. Your reviews are awlful and you have been reported to the BBB way to many times. I dont do business with companies like this. So I will no longer be sending you any money. I will be going else where.DO NOT CONTACT ME NOTHING WILL CHANGE MY MIND. AND IF I GET HARRASSED AND CALLED I WILL GET MY LAWYER INVOLVED MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD JUST BE HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE I MADE WITH THE LABOR LAW POSTERS AND KEEP IT AT THAT. DONT HAVE PEOPLE CALLING SAYING ITS A REQUIREMENT AND YOU MUST COMPLY AND DO SO. NOW YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THE TRUTH.

United States | 28 February 2020This company are a bunch of whiners and babies. I'm in the tattoo business and do not have employees. If you don't get their stupid posters( because there is no use for them because this isn't walmart, etc.) They threaten you with sending a mythical "osha" inspector lol. So, they threaten so they can get thier unearned money. Companies like this deserve the axe. They deserve not to exist. Hopefully one day, bully businesses like this one will no longer exist. Fight them tooth and nail!

United States | 27 February 2020I ordered a very simple poster for labor laws, which is all that I require. Instead of processing my order they called me to ask all sorts of intrusive questions that were none of their business. I told them that I will not answer those questions and to cancel my order. The person on the phone was extremely rude. I thought I was saving some time by buying the aggregated poster over getting the separate documents for FREE and posting them individually. They were incredibly aggravating and I would suggest you look elsewhere. I didn't think that I would need to read reviews on a company before ordering a $10 poster but I really wish I had. These guys have nothing but HORRIBLE reviews everywhere from people with similar experiences to what I had. I can't recall the last time I go so angry at a company I tried to buy something so simple from. Replying to my review here has done nothign to change my opinion on your company; I just hope that the person who called me actually canceled my order and I don't have to worry about billing disputes over you "changing" my order to a subscription without my permission. AVOID this company

United States | 26 February 2020I ordered two posters a while back and finally received them. What worse was that several reps had been calling me on my cell phone insisting that I needed to buy a different more expensive packet which I don't need. They tried to scare me but to no avail. Finally out of exasperation I hung up on a rep after telling him not to call me anymore and send what I ordered. He had to nerve to call me right back. I ignored the call. Then they tried my office number but I told my secretary to take the phone number. Finally I got the posters which I no longer needed I ordered through Amazon with another company. Personnel Concepts is on block and black list. I hope the corporate headquarters are aware of the bad practice and take some measures to remedy the situation.

United States | 20 February 2020If there is less than one star I would just choose that . This company just adds products and orders to my original OSHA poster orders and charge me for stuff I did not request it . I only Ordered a poster for $19.99 and they are charging me $198 for other services that I didn’t request. Customer service is no help at all and very rude . I definitely will report them to better business bureau.

United States | 19 February 2020These are scammers. You can get the information for free from the government.

United States | 19 February 2020My workplace has had them call multiple times a day, "We've tried to reach out to you 12 or 13 times this month." (As quoted by the third caller we received today.) It is only the 18th day of the month. I told them we wouldn't pay $600+ for these posters and the lady (second caller for the day) kept giving me discounts for loyalty. Shipping on these posters for the year still totaled $47.99. They get very pushy and nosy about why we would not use them. Said they were the only company who was complaint with all branches of government. Avoid them at all costs.

United States | 18 February 2020Do not order anything from this company. The $20 order escalated to 251 when they called me. I declined everything but the $20 part originally ordered. When QA reviewed the recording I had pushed back but said I agreed to the purchase. Very dishonest scam.

United States | 18 February 2020If you order posters from this company, someone will call your place of business and harass you. They will tell you that you're non-compliant with the law unless you buy a lot more posters, for hundreds of dollars. I finally hung up on someone who would not listen to me, and he called again, and I had to hang up on him again because he was being aggressive with me. Do NOT order anything from this company!!!

United States | 06 February 2020Between December 26, 2019 and January 3, 2020, I ordered a $4.95 space-saver OSHA Employer Poster for $4.95. On January 9, 2020, a PC employee called my store and and spoke with my son, an employee. They told him that I had placed an order (which I had already told him about as I was going out of town for a month), and that they needed him to “authorize” the purchase. Since he knew I had placed the order, he said ok. When I returned from my trip on February 3, 2020 there was a package waiting with about 10 posters and miscellaneous stuff in it. I asked him about it and he said somebody called and said that I had ordered it. Yesterday, February 5, 2020, I received a call from Yesenia Rivera, advising me that I had not paid my bill. I explained to her that I only ordered the one poster, for $4.95, and that they had shipped a bunch of other stuff. She told me that a representative from Personal Concepts had spoken with my son, who identified himself as a “Authorized Buyer” for the XXXX XXXX Store and that he had authorized additional purchases on behalf of the store. This is NOT the conversation that my son had with the caller. First of all, my business is a Sole Proprietorship, I am the sole owner, and my son is an Employee of the store, not an authorized Buyer. When I explained this to Ms. Rivera, she informed me that it did not matter. Since my son was questioned about purchasing additional products and authorized additional purchases, and since the grace period of 7 days to return any products, had passed, that I was responsible for the charges. And when I asked her what those charges were, she informed me that I had a bill for $198.54!!!! When I again tried to emphasize that my son COULDN’T authorize any purchase, and that I couldn’t return the product within 7 days because I was in Washington State for a month (and I have airline/hotel receipts to prove it), she again responded that it didn’t make any difference. I then asked her where the bill was. She said it had been emailed it. I advised her that that email was incorrect and that I had not received any bill, she said she would send a copy to THAT email. I then informed her that I would contact my attorney, and would proceed from there. I did not order these additional products. One of their reps called and misrepresented what I ordered in such a blatant manner to up-sale my purchase with someone who was not even authorized to make that purchase on my behalf. And I will not pay for a purchase “I” did not make.

United States | 06 February 2020This is a scam. Report the website to ic3.gov. Then it will be reported to government officials who can take action against these scum bags.

United States | 04 February 2020Received a regular mail from them stating the company I work for "As a customer, we are legally obligated to notify you that the Labor LAw Poster you received from us for your business is obsolete and must be updated to reflect recent state and federal posting revisions." 1) I have NEVER ordered a poster from you 2) This is BLATANTLY FALSE information you are presenting. This SAME POSTERS that send you this mail with language intended to make you believe you are in violation of compliance laws you make people believe they are in violation of are EASILY DOWNLOADABLE from the U.S. Department of Labor FOR FREE (dol.gov /general/topics/posters). (From the Department of Labor website) "The elaws Poster Advisor can be used to determine which poster(s) employers are required to display at their place(s) of business. Posters, available in English and other languages, may be downloaded free of charge and printed directly from the Advisor. If you already know which poster(s) you are required to display, see below to download and print the appropriate poster(s) free of charge." DO NOT waste your company money on these people. There are FREE RESOURCES from both Federal and State agencies that will provide you with the same info without charging you a "membership fee".

United States | 01 February 2020How do I give zero stars? Complete scam on new business owners. Stay away. Their mail makes it look like it's legit, and then they phone you and strongarm you out of money. Unbelievably bad business.

United States | 31 January 2020I'm going to add my two cents to the long list of unhappy customers. Just like everyone else, I have listened and responded to their entire script, when I say NO I JUST WANT THAT ONE POSTER, they hang up on me and call again the next day. Of course, my poster is on hold until they talk to me, AGAIN! This is a huge waste of time for me and my employees. All I want from this company is my poster. How can they hold something I've paid for? Is this legal? I've had it!
