Omnitub produces solid, high-quality, bespoke bathtubs in the UK. The service we received is nothing short of exceptional - after lengthy and exhaustive chats with Olli (the company director), we decided to go take a look since it's only 1 hour from where we live. We arranged a meeting, Olli showed us all the available options and let us jump into a few (empty!) tubs to get a feel for it. We placed the order, and it turned up when scheduled on a pallet. Bath tub is very light and 2 people could easily carry it into the garden while the bathroom is being cleared out. We then decided to also order (separately) a bespoke trim, we ordered on the website with guidance from Olli, and went to collect in person to save on delivery. The whole experience went without a glitch, all products are of top quality, pre and after sales support was excellent. Highly recommended if you are looking for the best quality and service for the right price.

Excellent website with clear information and support documents making the purchase easy. The bath we picked 900 x 700 was delivered perfectly wrapped and looks fantastic. At the time of writing we are still awaiting installation but expect the bath to enhance our small bathroom. We didn't think we could get a bath into this room and Omnitub have saved the day with the Japanese styled deep bath

I absolutely just love the tub… well made and you can get the water really deep and have a proper soak in it …great for my bad back …. I found the company to be honest, upfront and couldn’t do enough for us… we even had a video call for an hour going round all the tubs to see which would be the best for us …. it came well packaged and we was very pleased with customer service and the tub itself…. highly recommend

There were no issues ordering and delivery was on time. This was the first time the plumber had installed an Omnitub and was impressed. All workers commented on high deep it was! As a family we are absolutely loving our Omnitub. It maintained the heat very well and still the same 2 hours later, we couldnt believe it. We are so glad we extended our room to allow us to have the Omnitub separate. Family are already booking in days when we are on holiday to have a soak! Super bath, can’t wait too use it. 😬 Review update following installation: This bath surpasses all expectations for quality and finish and the fitters were very complimentary of the installation hardware and the general ease of install. That said, get a good fitter as they will need the experience and confidence as these are no ordinary baths, certainly at the size we chose, 1750x950x650cm. We opted for a quartz surround that fit over the top of the bath lip, a bit like a Belfast sink under a kitchen worktop. We are very pleased as it provides a nice all round shelf for bathroom attire. Omnitub were a pleasure to deal and communicate with and will always take your call and help you with your selection and post purchase support. Highly, highly recommended.

Great website easy to order my only mistake was on ordering the waste you get three options waste waste overflow or waste overflow and fill. I didn’t realise on my order that the waste didn’t come with overflow so delayed the installation. OOPS bath very deep and long great for 2 we had the 1700 x 750. You won’t be disappointed stunning bath a proper deep soak

Excellent in every way got the 1400x900mm tub and we could fit the whole family in! Fast to arrive helpful staff, reliable and the bath was well packaged! We had the tap hole drilled, sent a link to the ones I wanted and they drilled them to fit perfectly. So happy and worth the money! It is beautiful!

This was an effortless purchase. I was able to track progress of my bath. I was contacted by the shipping clearing agents, paid the Irish VAT and my tub arrived at my house two days later. Other companies have stopped shipping to Ireland because of the paperwork etc. so I was delighted to find Omnitub did ship to Ireland and Ollie was more than helpful with the purchase and information I needed. Ordering was swift and effortless. Delivery was as planned. Side panel is a fixed size, didn’t know, that wasn’t brought to my attention and apparently it’s buried in the information. Still can’t find it. My bath is the smaller one, it needs to be cut to size. I phoned up, apparently it’s my fault I’m not a professional installer, I don’t have the tools to cut panel. Omnitub, if this man on the end of the phone is your representative, the gatekeeper to customer service, you are failing. It’s a lot of money to spend on being abused. I’ve got more info on their trust pilot reply than on ordering, what a gift! Love companies who over explain, like it’s your fault. Many red flags here, they don’t like complaints, don’t deal with them effectively, I like the fact they jump right in with replying (defensive of criticism). If you don’t like Omnitub logos emblazoned on your bath and bath panel this product is not for you. They don’t tell you that neither. Note the submitted photos are not of their bath panels.

Ordered on line after doing my homework on deep soaker baths. Had a few questions which Ollie answered on WhatsApp for me. chose my delivery date based on the fitter’s availability. Bath and fittings arrived on the date, on time very well packaged and protected (even with delay on customised colour delivery to Omnitub). Ollie and co pulled out the stops to get my order to me on time. Sooooo happy 😁

Love the product - we bought two. But you shipped on blue (rented) pallets which the haulier didn’t take away and neither my skip company not my local recycling centre will take. This gives me a disposal problem. Might want to come up with a plan here?

Excellent tub, well packaged, easy to assemble. Arrived quickly

The bathtub's design is spot-on, exactly as I wanted. 5'8 male can sit inside with plenty of room with no problem turning around. There's a tiny dent at the bottom of the tub received. It is not visible from a distance so I'm fine with it. The reason for giving a low score is due to the delay in my order. I got in touch with the team 2 months ahead to confirm some changes I want to make on the solo tub I'd like to order, and they were really helpful and explained the difference between bespoke and trimmed tubs. They suggested they will prepare a drawing or paperwork after I put down an order to confirm the trim details, as altered tubs cannot be refunded. After I put down an order a month later, I specifically got in touch with them again to double-check if the above procedure was still the case. They replied yes, the order is on their list and the tub will be with me before the work starts at my property. I heard nothing from them since then. No drawings for confirmation or anything. One day before the work starts, I called them just to make sure they have dispatched the tub. And they told me it's not been made yet. We confirmed the trim details on the call and I asked if they can do next day delivery cuz it's urgent at this point. They said they can with an additional £100 delivery fee. I had to agree to it or it will delay my remodelling work. I paid the fee right away. And guess what, the tub arrived 2 days later...no follow-up or refund afterwards.
