Over all the service was as good.as idue to all the brexit regulation put into law I delayed about 3 weeks.The Only problem I had with omnitube was the bath fill/ wast piece was not sent with order. It did mean I had to wait another 9 days to finish bathroom

Ordered a Omnitub Ultra and unfortunately was too big for my bathroom so I phoned up and spoke to Ollie he was very helpful in helping me find another tub that would be suitable even called on zoom to look at bathroom and helping me measure out for the next tub ultra plus He arranged a quick turnaround for me to exchange the tubs no issues at all very helpful Recommended to all my friends who live my new tub

Love my tub, delivered on time and well wrapped. My bathroom isn't finished but have managed a few lovely soaks so far. Tub is great quality and the water stays warm for a long time, (I'm a two hour soaker) no topping up needed. Had a problem with a missing part (my fault) these guys went out of their way to sort it. Perfect, perfect, perfect. I have a small bathroom and a live of Japanese hot tubs so an omni tub was perfect for my bathroom. I bought over phone after a quick conversation, call was perfect, item arrived exactly as said, perfect packaging so safe. Or looks amazing and feels even better. Plumbers found out easy to install. It's one of the best things I've ever bought. To begin with I bought a small slipper bath because it was cheaper. Silly thing to do. I cancelled that for omni tub. Yes it cost me a bit more but omg it's so worth it. I love my tub. Soaking up to my neck is perfect. I'm 5ft2inc, small build so got smallest version (also cos bathroom is small), it's perfect for me. Plenty room for a deep soak. If you're wibbeling over the price, forget it, just buy omni tub, you won't regret. Thanks omni tub. You rock!

Our bathroom project has just finished and we love the bath, feels amazing to be able to fully stretch out and be completely covered by the water. They delivered next day after chatting with us on WhatsApp after order as they were delivering in the area already so combined the deliveries which was fantastic personal service. Our only complaint would be they didn't tell us that the underside of baths are sharp when they left it on the kurb for us to carry inside - metal splinters aren't fun so would advise you let customers know if they have to carry it in themselves. But we still rate it 5* despite this.

FANTASTIC BATH! Very sturdy, frame is also of very high quality, we went for the full frame, whole structure is so solid. Cannot fault this product at all. A stunning addition to our new bathroom. Online ordering was easy and straightforward, choice of delivery dates was welcome and delivery was made on date requested. Packaging was first class.

Excellent. Friendly manner on phone and answered questions clearly. Delivery was arranged to suit me as ordered over a month before needed. Ended up with fairly local people doing final leg of delivery and they were lovely too. Bath arrived in perfect condition.

Delivery was flawless- It arrived exactly when they said it would, not by a courier company but by the company themselves. The tub is heaven and they were there with me all the way to answer any questions I had on installation. My friend has one and I'm so grateful she introduced me to them. Now I am passionate about them too. ❤

Most helpful company, they know their stuff and are delightful to deal with. The bath arrived on time, very well packaged and is exactly as l hoped.

17 minutes ago Not a great experience all round, would not recommend using them, use a different provider if possible. Firstly they delivered on a different day to the one I selected so it turned up on a pallet when no one was home. I then had to reject the order, chase the company to resend my order on the date I had originally elected - it was a nightmare. Once I finally got my tub I had issues with workmen and covid holting the build. When it turned out I had parts I didn't need they wouldn't even consider a partial refund for a brand new piece they could resell because it was out of the 30 day buy period (because of covid!). Obviously I have not use and can't resell a brand new metal bath frame that fits only and omnitub tub... i explained they could have it back or I'd have to tip it. They would rather I tip it because they had my cash payment for it, than collect and reuse (regardless of refund). They then lied on their Google review response and saying I'd rather tip - which was not true! Not very environmentally ethical or business savvy response. 🤷‍♀️ I didn't want to tip it but I wasn't going to pay to return it only for them to then resell after the large outlay I've already spent. Not very considerate of covid related delays either... Tub is good but I'd recommend you buy from someone else as there are others available that will offer a much better service. Reply to their response: Omnitub Deep Soaking Whirlpool Baths what a lie. You were not even interested in discussing a return or how I could get it back to you, or how it could be reused until i left a bad review. I understood that you wouldn't consider a refund (even though it's pretty stingy as I asked for a partial refund because they only fit your tubs and it's brand new) but hey ho that's how it goes. I said I didn't want to tip it but I was not prepared to pay to return it to you for you to only sell it on again and get twice income for it when you'd only need to pay collection. I think it's pretty fair that I offered a return foc so you could resell personally, but only because I do care about pointless wastage. I think my review is fair and accurate. I believe other providers would give better service than you have. With your attitude being the way it is I don't think I'd get any good customer care if I have any issues with the product that's only just been installed.

I have not installed the bath yet but it arrived as described - very protected - got a smaller van to take it up the steep drive so the couriers they use are excellent looks deliciously deep ( I sat beside it on the ground like a saddo to see how deep it might be !) and the communication was excellent (as I wanted alterations) and postage to Northern Ireland free ! . I cannot wait to get into the new house and new bathroom and THE BATH. I am a larger lady - especially on top and I will be up to my neck in this bath in water suds as I requested no overflow .Thank you

I have followed Omnitub for nearly a year now on social media... the closer it got to actually needing to decide on which bath and which set up came I was pleasantly surprised at being able to speak to the team and have several conversations and chats... While my bath is in the house it has not been installed yet as we are still renovating but it is one of the things I am most looking forward to using. Great communication, great options and nice to support a British brand!

The bathtub ordering process was very easy but the delivery less so. The courier firm stated they were unable to enter the property (probably for Covid-19 reasons) & left the large package & pallet on our front path. It was pretty difficult for a reasonably fit 64 yr old couple to get it shifted indoors, but I fear how more frail or elderly couples would cope.

Absolutely brilliant company who puts their customer’s needs right at the centre.The work where my Omnitub Extra is being installed isn’t finished yet. Hence unable to comment fully on the product itself yet. When the company accidentally delivered a slightly incorrect order, their staff drove that same evening from their base in Somerset all the way to my home in Wales to resolve the issue. As a customer, who could ask for more? The quality of the product looks fantastic but I will really know more once installation is complete. I can’t wait to get in the bath for a long soak!
