The tub has arrived, it’s much bigger than it looks despite watching the video with Tiger demonstrating all the tubs. That guy is bigger than he looks. My 20 year old daughter looks tiny in the tub. I would have got the solo if I had realised. Nevertheless I’m looking forward to having my bathroom finished and swimming I mean soaking in my beautiful new tub.

Telephone call to Omnitub on a Monday, the soaking tub arrived Thursday of the same week by courier. Great, efficient service from start to finish. The tub was very well packaged but has yet to be fitted and tried out (next few days hopefully). This company appears to take pride in their product and the service is friendly. There are probably cheaper options from other suppliers but PLEASE, PLEASE try to buy British if you can and support our local industry.

I can’t comment yet about how the Omnitub is yet as being installed this week. I got worried after I paid as there wasn’t really any communication about when the tub was going to arrive, however I communicated my concerns via google review and got confirmation the next day about delivery. So I would say, the website is easy to use, the delivery arrangements are sketchy, which contradicts ‘when to expect the Omnitub’ as the dates are clear on the website. When the Omnitub didn’t arrive, I messaged through the chat box and didn’t get a reply until after I left a review on google. Once over that hurdle, the delivery was great and very much looking forward to a soak in the tub, once the plumbing is done. If you’re patient, it’s worth the wait.

I have wanted one of these tubs for ages and Omnitub does not let you down. The videos on YouTube were really useful for helping me understand how they were fitted and what I needed to order. I was new to WhatsApp but my questions, no matter how daft, were responded to quickly and helpfully. The tub turned up the day it was due to and it is now the centrepiece of my new bathroom. I don't expect to have any issues with the bath but I am sure that if I need to contact them, the service I have received so far will continue. Used it for the first time tonight and I now know where I will be spending most of the winter. Oh bliss! You just sink in and don't have to think about which bit of you to get under the water at a time. When you finally get out you can feel the heat has gone through all of you and it is great. My only regret is that I only have one bathroom.

Tremendous attitude to customer service ...... Ollie was fantastic in resolving a small problem we had with our delivery. The product, of course, is great ..... but it was most refreshing to find that Omnitub's approach and customer care is also great.

Website is very clear and helpful so you can work out exactly what to order (I particularly appreciated the clarity on making sure the bath would fit through doors, which it does--ours was carried up stairs with a tight turn, no problem). Bath was delivered super promptly, and came exactly as advertised. And the bath itself is AMAZING. It is the most comfortable bath I've had outside Japan--short but wide and deep--and it keeps the water hot for a ridiculous amount of time. You actually want to do the Japanese thing here of the whole family taking turns using the bath to soak and relax--it stays hot! I love this bath. I've had more baths in the last two weeks than in the previous decade of owning a typical English bath where you sit half out of the water getting colder by the minute. I love this. Big recommend.

Great tub, only grip is would have liked a bit more of a ridge to accommodate a tiled bath panel.

Ordered and specified date, it came well packaged on a pallet all super! My plumber was impressed with the quality and said it was a good fit! As for the tub I’m in love!!! It’s exactly what I wanted .. bubbles up to my ears! Thanks
