United Kingdom | 14 April 2022Ollie was extremely helpful when I spoke to ask about the products and even did a video chat to talk through specific issues with my bathroom fit. The tub arrived on a designated date - so we didn’t have to store it too long (it was very large 😁) exactly to time. It is fantastic in the space and great to bathe in. The whole family love it! I would defo recommend to anyone who likes a good bath!

United Kingdom | 09 April 2022I am not sure it’s even possible to get across how absolutely thrilled we are with our Omnitub! From start to finish communication has been excellent. Day/evening/weekend, Ollie has been on hand to advise, something that you rarely get these days. Delivery was swift and arrived exactly when Ollie said it would. Packaged well and after sales advice again was there whenever we needed it. Now for the tub.. we ordered the Solo Flow. My husband is 6ft 1 and I am 5ft 6 and we already soak and chill out together in the hot tub most nights! It is a fantastic size, super spacious and luxurious for one person and relaxed for two without dominating a relatively small bathroom. The residual heat is insane, we can sit for an hour without any need to replenish the hot water and something I didn’t expect, I now take a much cooler bath (usually like steam coming off it) and I think it’s because it’s deep and the water coverage means you feel warmer in not so hot water. I am aware some worry about getting in and out. We dropped the waste and we are comfortably able to get in and out (I also have arthritis in my knee so did worry it might be an issue) and so no step is needed. What I had not realised is how much easier it is to go from sitting to standing in such a deep tub and this is simply because the water supports you until you are almost standing. This is a massive thumbs up for those who may struggle. We are so so glad we purchased from Omnitub and at the same time supported an independent business that hand makes in the UK.

I'll update once I have had a bath in it :) Positive service and a small business which is doing great things. Had a few mix-ups with delivery and the actual product delivered was not the one I revised the order to. Though they have been very happy to help and put things right. I would recommend Omnitub.

United Kingdom | 30 March 2022We had our omnitub double fitted in November 2020, since then we have been beset with problems. We purchased the filler and the waste from the website so presumed they would be fit for purpose. Sadly, that is not the case. The bath takes over an hour to fill (very impractical) and then once full the water is too heavy for the pop up waste to pop up. Neither the plumbers nor Omnitub want to take responsibility so we've been forced to go to small claims. Buyer beware. From a design point of view, it is almost impossible to clean without a mop or access from 2 sides. Edit (in response to your reply): I did bring it to your attention and eventually you sent me yet another pop up waste (the 3rd) even though the previous 2 failed. There were a number of emails back and forth where I said I was unhappy I had been ignored on email and WhatsApp. I heard nothing from you or MacAlpine despite promised callbacks. Eventually you offered a clickclack waste, but I was worried about being able to lean over the bath to reach the plug to push it. Then you emailed me retracting the clickclack and offering yet another pop up waste. When this (predictably) failed again, you send you could not arrange collection and I had to send back the faulty item at my own cost. You referred me to McAlpine even though the purchase was made through you, but you wouldn't replace the waste because the contract was with the plumber. At the end of the day I am caught in the middle with a bath I am unable to empty without using a teaspoon to lever up the popup bit, and which takes an over an hour to fill because the supplied filler is probably too small. Therefore I respectfully disagree that you have done everything you can. From ignoring my initial contact to not sending a replacement for a clearly faulty product (as goodwill if nothing else), my experience of Omnitub has been 1 star. Final response: 5 months on I still do not have a working bath. All I wanted from Omnitub was the clickclack waste which you offered, instead of a 4th faulty, not for purpose waste. Even though the plumber ordered the goods, you knew we were the customer; you knew there was an issue from the outset when the first 2 wastes needed replacing; you knew how faulty the waste was because I sent you a video; you also knew we were in litigation with the plumber so our bath would never be rectified using that route. So what would have been the big deal replacing a waste you knew was faulty with a click clack one? I would have rather received helpful emails on a weekday than unhelpful emails on a Saturday. --- Final Email sent 3/4 --- I emailed you, called and WhatsApp you trying to sort the problem out. Eventually, the last email I had was from you refusing to do anything until you had checked the waste which you knew was faulty because I'd already sent you a video and already had 2 replacements. Everytime I go to have a bath I get cross that we have bought a not inexpensive product which is not fit for purpose. The plumbers are not responsible for the faulty waste and too small filler but because of the other issues that they are responsible for, they will not help. If they won't help and neither will you, where does that leave us? Going above and beyond would be sorting out a replacement/alternative for a product you KNOW is faulty, off your own bat, but you didn't even admit it was faulty, you put the responsibility back to me to get it uninstalled and pay at my own cost to send it back to you to check. Or you suggested I contact the manufacturer, for what? Another faulty waste? Each time I have to pay a plumber to come back to remove and refit. Do you think I rigged up a video showing the issues for a joke? Or do you think that I am lying? I'm totally bemused by what you think you needed to check?! My reviews reflect my experience with Omitub. Past and ongoing. Even your response puts the blame on me, the customer. I am more than happy to relay any postive experience, and that is not a ransom, it is the purpose of customer reviews but I haven't had one. All I want is a bath that I don't need to run an hour and a half in advance and that I can empty at the end without the use of a teaspoon.

United Kingdom | 24 March 2022The actual product is good so far as I can tell although not tested yet. It’s the customer service or lack of it that’s very poor from this company. I ordered on a Monday lunchtime website states delivery would be Wednesday. Received an email on Thursday stating delivery would be Tuesday, 8 days after I orders replied to email asking for an explanation received a reply that said carrier issues I asked for it to be expedited for next day delivery or Saturday delivery this was met with a no, as it had already left but then that doesn’t make sense as next day would be Friday but arrived Tuesday. I don’t have an issue with stuff being delayed but the lack of communication and any form of apology on a premium/expensive product £1100 is an expensive bath. I Have been in the building trade for 20 years and have my own buisness. When your wrong you admit it then try to resolve it with the customer and if that costs you money that’s one of the downsides of being in buisness.

United Kingdom | 03 March 2022Exactly what I wanted. After living in Japan it became apparent that to relax in the bath you need a deep tub. It stays hot longer, your body parts don't stick out of water and it takes smaller amount of space. Very happy with the purchase! Thanks Ollie!

My only problem is with the underside which I found to be very roughly finished and some very sharp shards of fibreglass which made install more difficult and Could be avoided with some sanding etc Also the packaging had several screws protruding through. Which was extremely painful. However The tub does look great.

United Kingdom | 28 February 2022The tub itself is great. The guys are great and delivery was speedy. The only issue I had was the packaging and finish on the bottom of the bath. The packaging had screws popping out allover the place which I cut my hands on twice and the fibreglass on the bottom of the bath had not had the sharp fibres taken off so both me and my mate have a fair few splinters from that. But apart from that all good.

United Kingdom | 25 February 2022We’ve just had a whole bathroom refit and I’ve got to say I am mega happy with our Omnitub. It fits perfectly with our shower over and feels luxurious to bath in. The omnitub buying experience was straight forward. I actually went to their showroom twice to try out the different sizes. They don’t mind you having a sit down in the various shapes! And they don’t mind answering your many questions 😬😆 Once I’d made my mind up (months later) I gave them a call with more questions & finally took the plunge. They have been really helpful from start to finish, even their delivery guy was brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another omnitub if we ever move house!
