Fantastic online live service, literally answered all my stupid questions well out of office hours. Email also promptly replied to. Lost a mark as we had two failed deliveries, luckily due to covid our bathroom fitting was delayed so this didn't disrupt our plans too much. I should also have liked a little longer on the warranty for returns, we didn't used the frame in the end and that's a significant wastage which is a shame.

Completely love our new Omnitub- so glad I found it having researched all kinds of bathtub sizes to fit in our awkward shaped bathroom- and to fit it in the house in the first place as we have very narrow and twisting staircases so no bathtubs would fit up the stairs. It went in through the first floor window as planned (it’s quite lightweight so was easily done). The bath itself is a real treat and - like a luxury hotel bathtub! This bathtub really does keep water hot forever- we found that we will need to replace our water tank with a greater capacity one as we have to wait for the tank to refill before we can fill the Omnitub but to be honest you don’t necessarily need it full to the brim every time you use it, plus our house is very old and I think more modern plumbing would not have same issue. It honestly keeps water hot for hours. Having installed a shower above, the dimensions of the tub mean that we don’t need a shower screen or curtain which apart from being less to clean just makes the overall appearance really tidy and spacious. Can’t fault the customer service- super easy ordering and fast delivery service plus great to chat through on the phone before buying- super helpful and feels great to be buying something made in the Uk by people who obviously care a lot about their product. Trades people who installed it have all commented not only on how awesome it looks, but great quality and something they’d not seen before- great solution for small spaces but would recommend regardless of that as it’s just a superior tub!

I re-modelled my bathroom and wanted a separate shower and bath but no matter what I did I just couldn't get it to work in the small space I had. Then I found Omnitub! Firstly, the website was so easy to navigate and all of the measurements are there to work with. I decided to go for the Solo tub. I rang up to order it and had the nicest chat! The delivery was so prompt, even during all of this craziness. It was really well wrapped which was important because I am prone to accidents! To save time I also ordered the half-frame which the tiler found really easy to put together and it's super solid! That bath ain't moving anywhere. And that brings me to the bath itself. It feels SO luxurious, it's so deep that you feel almost cocooned in it...it's hard to explain without experiencing it for yourself. You couldn't ask for more - the customer service, the products and the fact they're made in Britain. Thanks Omnitub :-)

Excellent service. Enjoyed visiting the showroom to interview the baths in person. My daughter was able to sit in the tubs to check the size. Delivery was prompt and timely. The bath looks very good though we haven't fitted it yet.

I spoke to Oli on the phone on a Saturday morning after having an online chat with him. Answered all my questions clearly and was a fantastic help. Bath was delivered on time and in a timely fashion. Overall very impressed with service and quality of the tub. I will leave another review after it is fitted.

I made an order on first country lockdown Before I have been charge I received a phone call and have a chat with recomdation one of members tell me what I need and not so I was really surprised that some iteams I could find much cheaper I bought solo bath. Bought an Omnitub Duo as I didn’t have space for a full size bath. Would recommend to anyone no matter how much space they have. A normal bath feels far too shallow now. Can spend hours in mine relaxing. Perfect service from initial questions to delivery.

Great service and the bath (solo) looks great. Family and friends thought we were mad when we told them the bath size but now everybody loves it. I’ve always fancied having a soaking tub and we’re so glad we took the plunge!

I have had my eye on an Omnitub for the past couple of years and finally decided to take the plunge! Do I have any regrets? No! Are we queuing up for bath time everyday? Yes! Our bathroom is very small but a Solo Ultra fits perfectly along the back wall, to be honest we probably could have dropped down a size and would still have the most luxurious bathing experience! Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Omnitub whether you are short on space or not.

When refurbishing a bathroom a year ago we wanted to get a deep square bathtub and had a struggle trying to find the right product. Then we found Omnitub. Not the cheapest, but this is an excellent product and after a year we are still very very happy with it. The really good part about Omnitub came when we needed the tub urgently to be fitted and after originally telling me delivery would be around a week, once they knew it was urgent they pulled out all the stops and arranged a special next day pallet delivery at no extra cost. I really appreciated this and was so happy with this company, they listened and did whatever they could to help. Bravo!
