Sales service was fantastic, delivery poor and didn't arrive on time, more annoying wasn't notified. Taps not drilled as agreed. Communication once the sales has gone through us poor thus is disappointing because the bath is gorgeous, the product would get 5 stars.

Really great company. Love the product and the communications are excellent. Would recommend going down to sit in the tubs if you can as we found them bigger than expected. Looking forward to relaxing in our new tub up to our necks!

I've not plumbed the tub in yet (1400x900 Solo Flow) but it looks the part with solid build and quality finish. Pre-order chat with Ollie was very helpful and delivery was without hitch. If you're looking for something a bit different I would recommend this company.

Even before starting our extension I knew I wanted a show stopping en suite and being a bath girl the bath would have to be the centre piece. I started looking around for UK made baths and stumbled upon Omnitub. Based in our home county if Somerset I popped into the show room to have a look. What excellent service we received from Ollie and my what a product. The jets are divine on my damaged back, the water stays hot for ever and having a bath that is so deep is a real luxury. Ollie was fantastic! Super patient

Ollie was wonderfully and helped rearranged the date so we were able to work from home. The driver was great too and helped take the bath round to the garden! Very happy and looking forward for lots of deep baths! The only downside was there was only a tracker for the day no update for the time.

Absolutely amazing service, spoke directly to Ollie about all the things I was worried about when ordering a special bath tub like this and he helped me through ever step, even when it came to picking out a waste pipe Delivery was excellent, was kept up to date via WhatsApp and the driver was really nice in helping me get the tub in the door 10/10 if I needed another tub would buy from here again!
