I’m so pleased I found the Omnitub website and from there I was sold. We live in a two bed flat which was ‘too small for a bath’ - but by buying an Omnitub and having a deeper/wider bath has now added years to how long we will stay in our flat. We went for a 1250 x 850 tub that’s gone into a shower space that’s 1200x700. It did require bit of trimming the bath and going into the walls. The best thing was that we had the width to use which is why the 850 was an excellent option for us. My husband is 6ft and he was really sold on this whole plan because of the depth and the width of the Omnitub. The bath is excellent quality and the resources and information on the website are excellent. When our plumber had questions it was easy to point them to a document. Personally I studied them a bit and felt really comfortable talking about traps and fillers because of how clearly everything was explained. I’d really recommend the buying experience. The communication was great over WhatsApp and they had no problems holding my order until the plumber had done their initial check. Thanks so much for providing a simple experience.

After purchasing online for an international address, I heard nothing from anyone for 2 weeks. Even after I reached out on Whatsapp where I had previously been talking to the company. When I finally got a reply they said they were waiting for me to contact them to tell them how to ship..??? Normal, every day people don't ship across the world on a regular basis and depend on the experience of the company they are working with to explain the process. Even after I gave them $1600 to ship, I was never told what to expect. Something that would have taken a paragraph to explain. I had companies contacting me and asking for information in not great English, that I had no idea who they were. I was also unaware that there would be more charges to have the item cross into the country. Something that could have easily been addressed by telling me exactly what the $1600 went towards. When I expressed my frustration with omnitub about the lack of communication, I was told it wasn't his job. So, I guess they just don't care about how people maneuver their product across the country.

I am in Minnesota, USA. It was impossible to find an deep soaking "Japanese Style" tub in the USA. I wanted a tub that when I sat down, I had hot water up to my chin. I watched the Omnitub videos and the one that was most useful was of Tiger climbing in and out the tubs. The cost of the tub plus the shipping was not more than the tubs from local outlets but also exactly what I wanted. All questions were answered promptly. Shipping and delivery went smoothly.

Omnitub products and service are second to none. Omnitub have a wide variety of styles and sizes to choose from - if you're planning your bathroom and want something different, you will find it here. My partner and I are renovating our house and with limited space in the bathroom we opted for a 1500x1050 bath that will also have an overhead shower - we get the best of both worlds and could only find this at Omnitub. The online ordering process is easy, the site info great and easy to find and consume, the communications post-sale are timely, efficient, delivery on time, and the driver even called to make sure I'd be in - what more can you ask for? I have to say, I read reviews before I make a purchase of this importance and the overwhelming majority for Omnitub are 5 star and positive, and reflect my experience with them, too. The few that are negative, I mean, I truly don't understand why some people feel compelled to leave a negative review over things that are entirely NOT the responsibility of the vendor. For example, complaining that a larger tub takes longer to fill. Really? What did you expect, that the tub would magically increase your water pressure to compensate for size? I truly don't understand this approach of making public complaints and assigning blame to others when it's one's own lack of due diligence/knowledge that is the problem, but then again I work in a service business and sadly it's all too common. So, if you do read _all_ the reviews please don't let the naysayers put you off - Omnitub offer a 5 star product and 5 star service - and you're buying British, too!

The customer service at this company is out of this world - to the extent that when I had a quick question about installation and messaged Ollie, he took the time to record a 30 second video for me explaining it all... despite him clearly being on holiday at the time as he was being handed drinks by the pool! Meant my fitter could get on with the bath that day. No hanging around for days waiting for emails to be read and answered. Absolutely brilliant.
