I ordered my hi fi cartridge and stylus at 8pm on Sunday, I fitted it at 10am on Tuesday. It was correct, properly packaged and the best price I found. I will use them again.

Slight delay in delivery of one item but I was kept informed the whole time. Second delivery quicker than expected. Great service all in all and good quality items.

I ordered atacama speaker stands, but I had to wait a month for them . I didn’t mind as they were a good bit cheaper than anywhere else . Got there in the end with not to much hassle they kept me posted up to a point then seemed to forget about me but a phone call sorted everything out and they arrived when they said. Cheers Superfi.

After missing my vinyl collection for some time, I wanted to get back into the nostalgia. After searching online for an audio solution, I discovered the Superfi website, and browsed their range of products. It wasn’t long before my chosen equipment arrived after ordering. Delivery was quick and reliable. But what I liked most about Superfi was their technical support and ease of fixing an issue. I had issues with the turntable skipping and distorted sound from one channel. I emailed their support team who gave me great advice on things to try. However, the problem couldn’t be fixed, so they immediately arranged a pick up, and a new turntable was with me within days. If you are looking at buying your HiFi equipment from a trusted company, SuperFi is the one you need.

Found a great price on a set of headphones, much better price than all other sites, ordered online, real easy site, turned up the next day, was able to track package, Top service, excelent item, well packaged. Highly recomend.

Couldn't have been simpler. The item was not in stock when we first decided to buy so arranged for an email when it came back in. Delivery was not straight forward as it required the carriers to comply with our schedule - there are times when no one would have been available to receive it. We received a text to say when it would be delivered and it was. The amplifier is a gem.

Ordered a speaker from e bay site,the order got lost when the order was finally processed 12 days later,the order was sent to the wrong address to which no one would answer,was then told it's the couriers fault.I had the exact same product shipped from their warehouse it arrived In three days which was great however their e bay service for me was outrageous.
