Excellent service, ordered the player Monday and it was delivered Tuesday Morning. A compact unit comprising Radio, cassette player, record turntable which are all recordable to the CD player. Very good value for money.

I ordered some Sennheiser headphones on Saturday evening. The price was reasonable, a small saving but nothing outstanding. When these arrived they were as advertised and I’m very happy with product. So why only four stars. Superfi need to realise that they also competing on delivery times. I ordered these headphones too late (about 7pm) on a Saturday to reasonably expect next day delivery and was expecting these too arrive on Monday. They arrived on the Tuesday. Obviously, their next working day delivery promise would seem to suggest that the warehouse does not work weekends like the shops. I would liked to have provided a rating of 4.5 stars really.

Went in store today. Great staff who weren't pushy and gave me lots of choices and help me find the perfect turntable for me within my budget . Vikas and the guys were 10/10
