I've wanted a turntable for many, many years and was looking for an entry level/mid range unit with HiFi speakers, I spoke to Antony on the phone who took the time to explain such helpful information about calibrating the counter weight to avoid any potential damage as this was all new to me, he made me feel like a valued customer and feel comfortable to go through beginner questions.
