Dispatched and delivered within 24 hours great service

Bought a car that I really wanted but it didn't have DAB so when I was told you could get something to give DAB I ordered this. I didn't want to spend a fortune just incase it wasn't right but I am made up with it. So easy to set up and use.

After talking to Superfi on line decided to purchase product from here saving at least forty pounds from other suppliers, The product was delivered next day , free as promised. cant wait to open box. First Class.

Terrible company. Ordered an item on next day delivery stating item was IN STOCK. 8! days later I chased item up and they then informed me that it was out of stock and could order it if I still wanted it? Steer clear of this company! So poor and unprofessional! Can’t be bothered attitude and poor customer service with awful communication!

Not had the product. Superfi are selling goods and taking payment without confirming they can fulfil the order. Very disappointing.

Said in stock, next day delivery. Ordered, heard nothing, sent e mail no reply. Phoned, not in stock asked for refund. Poor communication all round.

Waste of time and money ordered a car stereo advertised as having dab, when it arrived doesn't even have dab now have to send it back and go elsewhere. Maybe you should advertise your stock correctly rather than replying with a cocky remark, I wasn't born yesterday it stated it was a dab stereo that's on you, we aren't going to resolve anything and this feedback stays.

Super dupa stereo is a must have !!

This site was not cheapest, but did offer next day delivery, so that was enough to pull me in. After two days and no shipping info, I reached out to ask for an update, I was advised carrier failed to collect and I may receive within a few days (so total end to end time for delivery minimum 5 days)… Disappointed that no one contacted me to advise, and no one seemed motivated to push and honour agreement. For that reason I requested refund! and would be wary of dealing with again, I do not appreciate false promises. ** additional after reading reply** 1. I did not mention any issue with pay 2. You did not explain where speakers were stored, nor is that an issue. 3. You stated on your site item was ready for NEXT DAY delivery, I ordered on Thurs and I chased up later on Sat for an update as you failed to provide. 4. You got 1 star, as I believe most important to up manage customers and their expectations, you failed, I would never have my customers chase me. 5. Also value your customers, you only reply to negative reviews, may focus on the good instead! End of the day you failed, do not come back with an attitude on your reply to me, especially when you invited me to leave a review! I am happy to publish the emails between us for anyone to read! Work on your communication and customer services. If you had updated me, I would have been happy to wait!

i have not recieved my item yet, during the order i inputted the wrong address, i sent an e mail asking for the correct address to be added, but never recieved any correspondence.
