A warm welcome greets you and the offer of a 'cuppa'. I travel 3 hours to get my eyebrows tattooed by Vikki, and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Vikki has transformed my eyebrows and my confidence. Brilliant!!

I have the greatest trust in Karen. The very first time I visited her I was terrified but she and her team were fabulous at allaying my anxiety. Initially spent a long time researching eyebrow treatments as it was a present for my mum's 60th as she has hair loss. Her treatment was amazing and gave her so much confidence, this year she turns 70. Her treatment convinced me to get my eyebrows done, it's now become an annual ritual for me and my mum.
