United Kingdom | 06 March 2024Horrendous customer service! I had cameras installed in May last year. They were perfectly fine until July, the motion sensor lights just stopped working making it impossible to see anything on the cameras at night. I reset the system as advised & everything was fine again until October - same thing happened again. This has been continuous every couple of months and when contacting Annke it takes 5+ days to get s return email. When replying to their email it never sends back to them. They take forever to reply & keep giving different ways of fixing the problem but after exhausting every avenue, the lights still don't work! I've requested a refund or a return & was told I need to take thes4 cameras down & send them back before I get a replacement ' fair enough but why should I need to pay to have them removed and then reinstalled again? 2 separate visits, 2 separate payments! Absolute disgusted at the service & lack of communication.

ANNKE helps me deliver perfect value for my clients and I have been faithful to the brand since 2019. ANNKE could improve in the area of budget home surveillance by expanding the portfolio of WiFi PT-cameras. I know it's dominated by another sub-brand of Hik for wireless cameras - EZVIZ - but diversity is always welcome. ANNKE is already reputable enough, I expect to see some adequate competition on that front in the near future. Support your products! Fresh firmwares with security patches are always a must, when they exist! Please, announce them when they are available, don't leave us in the wild. As we are loyal to you, please, be loyal to us, so we can keep evangelizing the brand.
