United Kingdom | 20 February 20249 months after spending £450 on five IP cameras, the associated annke smart app stopped sending notifications to iphones after an iOS update which rendered the cameras redundant as I wanted them to alert me to visitors and movement around the home. Annke suggested I install the Tuya app and referred the issue to their development team but these cameras are not compatible with the Tuya app in ethernet mode (how I installed them due to no wifi outside my house) so I could not do this. Annke then washed their hands of me stating their warranty ended at the three month mark. Even though they are selling within the UK from UK warehouses, they will not even give one year warranty which is the law here. I have now spent £300 on a mesh wifi system from Google to expand wifi outside and they do work on the Tuya app but Annke are entirely unapologetic about their app ceasing to function. Aside from that, these cameras should never have been released. Their firmware is beta at best. They don't track motion well, often failing to keep up with people walking. they don't park after tracking motion which often leaves cameras pointed straight down until you notice. the human detection doesn't work properly - apparently my cat, drain pipes, lamp post, motorbike and garden chairs are all humans and (used to) give constant false movement notifications if left with these inanimate objects in view. I paid £90 for each camera, they're currently for sale on amazon for about £150, and I have seen better AI on £40 cameras a colleague has. All in all an abysmal Update: 7 March I emailed Annke as prompted in their reply. They have no responded to this email as of 10 March

Never a problem with their products. Only had errors with shipments that were immediately resolved to my 100% satisfaction. Great products, ever greater customer care!

France | 13 February 2024J'ai acheté une caméra au mois d'Avril 2023 chez ce fournisseur (via ALIEXpress). Au mois de Janvier 2024, la caméra n'enregistre plus. J'ai alors contacté ANNKE SUPPORT. Ils m'ont envoyer des procédures de manipulation sur l'appareil pour le réparer moi même alors qu'elle est encore sous garantie. Nous avons échanger plusieurs fois . Ne trouvant pas de solution, ils ont arrêté de m'écrire ..... vraiment nul, je déconseille !

United Kingdom | 07 February 2024DVR 8 cam system, things I was not made aware of before purchase you have to open a new gmail account (if you don't have one) to use the facilities,( no other works) you have to adjust your gmail account for two step authentication, ( for me screwed up my face book account) the handbook does not cover the setting up in enough detail, Annke tech support always respond normally next day with links to advice that does not always apply or match your issue , the chat page (for me did not load at all) and due to locale times uk day time is their night time so are only available up to to 11am, the system does seem robust I have not had a system crash, should you download the app you can remote view , I understand that audio device can also be add although I have visited this facility as yet, positioning of the unit could be an issue with the amount of cables 16 + either-net, HDMI , power, x 3 ( 1 for dvr and 2 to run power to cams), you will probably need some kind of viewing device to set it up, once you have the main settings you can view/control over your home network via ip address. I has taken me along time to set up due to time delays (locale of company and a poor handbook) I am happy with the system so far, and would recommend. purchased 19 December 23 got it working as it should date below.
