United Kingdom | 01 February 2024I purchased replacement WI-FI video doorbells direct from ANNKE. On arrival unpacked and after reading the instructions that came with the doorbells they were unclear so I also went online to the ANNKE website and obtained and downloaded readable and clear installation instructions. I spent a week attempting to install these doorbells and have them operate on a WI-FI connection direct with my Android phone and it was impossible to have any sort of connection made. I reached out to ANNKE and its technical department through the email address that was given for customers, and they could not even be bothered to acknowledge the email I had sent to them or reply to my email or email request for help and assistance! I tried the contact telephone number that was not answered and every available email address that I could find on the ANNKE website to make contact and obtain help for installing these doorbells-STILL NO RESPONSE OR REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS!. I eventually contacted the actual manufacturer of these doorbells(NOT AS WAS ACTUALLY STATED IN THE ANNKE WEBSITE OR PRODUCT DETAILS-ANNKE DO NOT MAKE THEM!) Having contacted the actual doorbell manufacturers and gone through all of the installation instructions supplied by ANNKE and the ANNKE installation APP that was provided through the QR code in the installation manual supplied by ANNKE with the doorbells. The doorbell manufacturers confirmed that the installation instructions and ANNKE software installation app was not correct and would not work and the doorbells could never be connected or used with the installation and software instructions supplied by ANNKE with the WI-FI doorbells they had sold and supplied. Having had the information direct from the doorbell manufacturers, I again made efforts to contact ANNKE, this time to inform them of the actual WI-FI doorbell manufacturers results and that the order was being cancelled and the payment was to be refunded back to my credit card, and guess what, surprise surprise, they actually replied this time and now wanted to go through all of the procedures I had gone through with the manufacturers of the WI-FI doorbells, clearly a time wasting procedure as they had been informed the order was cancelled and a refund to be made. Having informed ANNKE that all of the procedures required had been carried out by the WI-FI doorbell manufacturers because ANNKE could not be bothered to reply to any of my previous contacts when I needed the help of ANNKE and that the order was cancelled. There followed several days and weeks of delays and of going backwards and forwards with ANNKE who made every effort not to comply with the cancellation and refund requests. Finally having managed to get a returns sorted out and refund back to my banks credit card account ANNKE, having collected the defective WI-FI doorbell cameras with ANNKE's own couriers they are refusing to make a refund until they have the cameras back and in their possession. Not good enough and ANNKE have now been given 7 days to refund or it will be reported to my banks credit card department for a recovery to be made. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS IT IS MADE THOUGH A CREDIT CARD AND DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT FROM THEM IF ANYTHING YOU BUY DOES NOT WORK OR GOES WRONG, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY HELP OR ASSISTANCE AT ALL, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I was pleased to receive a prompt reply which answered my questions and proceeded to place an order for my replacement equipment which is now on route.

I'm enjoying a great experience with smooth results & fast remote access to CCTV cameras in my home anywhere in the world getting notification alerts via both email and the Annke Vission mobile app. The most powerful and impressive thing I noticed Annke has a professional customer support team with great understanding, really helpful with quick responses. Recently, I was stuck with an ID lock issue in my NVR and forgot my old email address (which was expired), That's why I was unable to access my NVR remotely. I created a request on this matter to Annke's Support, and one of their team members listened to me carefully and cooperated with this matter after some verifications they unbound my device from my old account & allowed me to add that device to my new Annke's app account. They saved my money to buy another new NVR. I'm thankful for them. I highly recommend Annke's products to everyone. United Kingdom | 23 January 2024Bought this after getting a Swan security system. Even though this was cheaper it is better value. Good harddrive. Nice cameras Sturdy wires. Only criticism is that the wires on the cameras could be longer but not going to mark them down.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2024I have got new NVR from them and when installer came to install it appears that someone email is already registered on it I have asked if is there any way to reset it but they haven't answered, even a ticket didn't open. I sent another email asking for return, even that they still sit hidden. Now I need to open legal action against them. Update1 . Have left review on website as well but they haven't published Update2. Funny I have sent 3 emails already where one yesterday. Did trying to use live chat where I was first in the queue and still no one answered. Update 3. All this replies here with no worries is only marketing beliefs they acting. Absolutely no contact since. Absolutely trash Chinese services and quality. Order nr AK10207

Support 2x angeschrieben und dann erst Antwort : Artikel in Europa nicht vorhanden und kann aus USA nicht gesendet werden!! Was soll das?????? Schlechter Service Warum wird das bei der Bestellung nicht gleich geschrieben und erst auf Nachfrage geantwortet?

Thieves have become savy to camera systems and are using WIFI jammers to block wireless camera signals. The ANNKE system provides the features and performance I need. I encountered a number of issues during installation and received immediate support which provided for a smooth and successful installation.

Germany | 18 January 2024dem unternehmen, support wurde mitgeteilt,das 1 kamera im system ausviel, poe kameras 8, am resiver jedoch alle ports auf grün sind,und der resiver 1 tb festplatte hat.auch das umsetzen des portes ergab keinerfolg, neue kabel und neue kamera ergab auch keinen erfolg, auch die erkärung meiner sets über das problem mit der frage wie man das systerm reset macht,kam vom support die frage,auf welche platform wurde das system gekauft,und ob ich ein foto senden kann, ich sagt das das system sich in einem andern land befindet und ich kein foto machen kann.dan kam als nächstes,das ich ein foto vom handy machen soll,ich fragte was soll das.und erklärte nocheinmal das problem,im moment geht email nur hin und her und keine lösungsvorschläge seitens des herstellers.
