United Kingdom | 30 January 2025I bought an Full Body MOT/Ultimate Longevity Blood Test with 66 Biomarkers and an Ultimate Omega 3 & 6 Fatty Acids Blood Test and had this taken at the London City clinic at the time/day I chose. The clinic was immaculate and the staff friendly and professional and I did not have to wait to be seen. The nurse explained everything to me in a private room and easily took the blood samples. I received many of hte results within a couple of days and due to the more complex tests, some of the results needed a little longer. Once the results were all back I was able to print/scan all of the test results online and share it with my GP in advance of my face-to-face appointment with them, to give him time to look at the results since appointments are not always very long. My GP also uploaded the results report to my NHS record. It was very helpful to have this detailed blood test taken as it highlighted some results that needed further discussion with my GP. It was not possible to have such a detailed blood test through the NHS upon my request, so this test has been reassuring for me and I will repeat it again in the future. The only comment my GP made was that some of the results from the laboratory at One Day Tests had slightly different reference ranges, compared with the NHS ones, but they were still quite similar. I am glad that I followed the Special Instructions underneath the blood test I chose on the web site which gave clear advice on what to do before the test, such as stopping taking certain supplements, not eating fatty foods 8 hrs before the test and only drinking water before the test and and not tea/coffee/energy drinks, etc. If I hadn't seen this I would have affected the blood results, so I recommend reading all the advice on their web site.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Just wow... Karla (Canary Wharf) is the one to see for blood tests! I didn't even feel the needle touch my skin. On top of this, she is just lovely and must put everyone at ease in her office. I didn't pre-book an appointment but I was seen very quickly. I had results land in my inbox within hours. However, one of the brilliant things about this company is the heath dashboard which explains every test result with a little infographic, showing me easily where I sat within the 'normal' range, and with easy paragraphs on what 'higher', 'lower' and 'normal' means in real terms. I am relieved that I chose this company for my blood tests.

Booked a blood test, packaged it back along with the spare specimen bottle and got a message the next day saying they only received one bottle and that it was empty! Clearly whoever opened the package didn't use their eyes to thoroughly check that there was an actual specimen bottle in the envelope. Asked for a refund for which they charged me another £10 admin fee!

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Can't find any fault. The website is easy to navigate. Buying the test and booking an appointment with the phlebotomist was quick and hassle free. Debra at the Liverpool location did an amazing job at making sure we were comfortable and the sample taking was painless and quick, even with my difficult veins. The results came in very quickly and the account dashboard gives easy to understand explanations for every biomarker tested. Private GP consultations are available to discuss results if needed. Overall a very good experience. Would book my blood tests again with them.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025Received the kit quickly after ordering. Had to wait until Monday to take blood to ensure sample received back in 24 hours. Taking the blood wasn’t as easy as hoped as the pin pricks didn’t give lots of blood but fortunately enough from 2 fingers. Bruising of finger tips lasted about a week! Results received the day following receipt of sample and pleased to see that my Hba1c had dropped with my new eating regime, the reason for taking the test. Unfortunately, there is no Phlebotomist within 100 miles so I had to take the sample myself.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025The Phlebotomist was lovely however after filling in the forms, I didn't see the phlebotomist wash her hands and during this time she was setting up from the last client leaving, there also was no wipeable bed or couch roll or anything. Just a towel on the bed that the patient previous had also sat on which shocked me considering the room is used to take blood. Then after touching various things like a sharps bin, laptop, pen and clip board, without washing her hands she then was about to take my blood. I looked away so I didn't see and then when I looked round I noticed the lady was only wearing one glove and had taken my bloods without proper PPE on which shocked me. Overall I have left feeling a little concerned about the hygiene and cross contamination at this location. I paid £170 for a private service and I'm very disappointed.
