At One Day Test are efficient and easy to communicate.Their collection point at Victoria is a very clean place.The phlebotomy technician did a perfect job with a worm, comforting attitude.

FRAUD I trusted this company with a time-critical blood test which was fully paid in advance and confirmed by email. When I arrived there (in the alleyway off a street market where the branch is), the place was closed, shutters down and all. I immediately contacted them - too busy to answer the phone, tell you to leave a message) and email them geo tagged and time stamped pictures of the place. I even bothered to shake and "knock" on the closed dirty grafitti covered shutters to no answer. Customer service now refuses to refund me and compensate the additional cost of having it done in another lab given I needed an answer on that day (nevermind the inconveniece and a work day wasted) saying there was a back door I missed. I asked for proof of the signage pointing to that door and they unilaterally closed my complaint and washed their hands, no care in the world. I will be pursuing legal action but feel I really need to share this as they should not be trusted with important mattters such as one's health. Criminal company, not to be trusted at all. UPDATE: I have submitted pictures of the closed store geo and time stamoed with no signage whatsoever to an altetnative entrance. I would gladly share them here if the option was available. Onedaytests insists as per answer below there was signage to alternative door but they can't provide any evidence. I have asked for it multiple times and received no answer at all. This is clearly a dishonest company not to admit the failure and keep my money. I do not need this test anymore, it was time critical and I spent twice the amoynt of money again to have it done on that day with a reputable provider instead. I will report them and pursue compensation but want to prevent other people from falling into their trap

Couldn’t have been more seamless. Had blood tests done at their clinic in the City in the morning with a lovely phlebotomist. Results came through in an easy to read format that night for me to share with my GP.

Great service and very easy to use, it’s a shame our NHS isn’t more like this, spoke with my own doctor and was treated like I didn’t know what I was on about, basically got told it could be anything other then what was wrong. 😑

Quick efficient booking system with ability to reschedule easily. In person blood draw was prompt and completely painless with the experienced clinician. My results were available quickly. Had the in person test 2:15pm on a Friday, results were received the following Monday before lunch. Subsequently ordered an at-home kit, sent it off Thursday as per instructions, got the results back the following day, Friday morning. (I’m not a good bleeder so a bit tricky to get required amount of blood myself at home). I would recommend and will use again.

It was a fantastic experience. Not sure what the phlebotomist was called but she was so lovely. I have a fear of needles and get anxious when they can’t draw blood. The phlebotomist made me feel at ease and made my appointment much more easier! Thank you!

I ordered the test after watching the information video on line. Once the test arrived it was a little tricky taking the sample but I managed to complete the sample and send it off. The results came back really quickly and I was able to do some research on my results on line. I was offered a 15 minute consultation with a doctor to review the results but I found this quite expensive at £85. I appreciate time spent by a doctor is going to be expensive but in my experience discussing the results of a blood test shouldn’t take too long and therefore I feel the quotation was too high.
