Every member of staff that I communicated with was polite and professional. The doctor Who took my blood was wonderful and explained everything to me along with painlessly executing the blood draw. It took three days for all of my blood results to come back which was extremely fast and the way they are presented on the dashboard they give you access to is impressive. 10/10

Ordered a testosterone test for my wife going through menopause, came back that she was in the very high levels, this did not seem right. Went to a specialist clinic in Chester, Newsome Health and had the test professionally done, turns out she was extremely low level. I would not trust One Day Tests, do not waste your money on this company!!!!

Excellent service. Had blood taken by Dominica at the Hove clinic who was very friendly and advised me on a test I should have done based on my symptoms I was experiencing. The results came back within 3 hours which highlighted a few issues which have now been passed on to my GP. Thank you.

I have used the Canary Wharf branch of One Day Tests for several blood tests. All tests came back within the expected time frame (1 day turnaround time was in fact the same day!). The phlebotomist, Karla, is genuinely the best I have ever come across–I've had many blood draws and am a regular blood donor. I couldn't even feel the needle, didn't have any bruising.

A streamlined and user-friendly blood collection method was achieved using the provided equipment; prior experience with similar at-home tests confirmed its efficacy. However, the provided sample pouches lacked clear instructions for sample insertion and sealing. To improve usability, a dedicated QR code linking to a video tutorial demonstrating proper blood collection and the use of *all* included components, including the pouches, is recommended.

Very fast turn around if able to drop at home blood test to a clinic then get results that same evening if sending by post results next day. The early hcg tests really have helped my first few weeks of early pregnancy to make it ever so slightly a less anxious wait.
