United Kingdom | 09 February 2025Totally brilliant service. I had my blood test at 11.00 and my first test results came in at about 5.30!!! All were back by 9.00 pm that night. I highly recommend this service. It’s quick easy and just so uncomplicated. The results are easy to read. I will continue to have tests to monitor my health. It’s just so nice to be in control of the whole thing.

United Kingdom | 09 February 2025I had a great experience with the phlebotomist, Helen I believe her name was, and would definitely recommend her. She made me feel at ease even though I can have tricky veins 🙄 and she was extremely professional and hygienic. She explained about her injury and i watched her wash her hands several times as well as put gel on. I didn't see the need for her to take the cast off her injury because of this and so told her to proceed with the ppe she had on, which was more than enough. I'd say I've definitely found my go-to phlebotomist! Thankyou!! 😃😃

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025Fast and efficient service. My phlebotomist (in Bristol) was excellent. The advertised turnaround time for my test was 3 days from the sample arriving at the lab. In fact, I got the results within 24 hours of the sample being taken. I had a couple of queries about my results. I sent them in by email and received helpful replies. I would definitely use this service again.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025Blood tests come down to the following: 1. the draw process 2. the time for processing and results 3. the accuracy of results 4. presentation of those results 5. customer service on the above basis, the draw process and time for results was incredibly efficient. went to location morning, results by the evening. no other major service has this quick turnaround. the results themselves- however, i had two calculated values which were way off from normal (medichecks) and only upon escalating to a manager in customer service, was i told they use some outdated calculation methods. for the record, this was was for Free Testosterone and EgFr. I also more recently noticed an error with the units used for a thyroid reading which again was way off from anything ive had in the last 3 years. The presentation of results is also quite poor. you get multiple split emails, which are not separated into the right blood panel and required passwords to open. the online dashboard is not user friendly and the explanations are very poor. the customer service phone is never answered and the automated message is robotic. Why not even have a person leave the message? so you cant speak to anyone. and I tried 10 times to call. the hours of operation are only 8-12 btw. So while the turnaround time is the fastest ive ever experienced, i have no faith in their results, the customer service is email based for all intents and purposes and the info is poorly presented visualised. i will be going back to medichecks in future. the only reason i tried one day was as they do electrolyte panels which medichecks dont do. for comparison, medichecks takes longer to process, blood 1-3 days. you have to book a draw. they dont have their own locations. you then have to post it yourself- so more hassle. but the results use the most up to date calculations, the presentation of data in their dashboard is very user friendly. they have good explanations of results and you can actually speak to customer service.

Slightly confused when I entered the building as the sign said to 'check in' but there was seemingly no way to do so, so had to ring the buzzer on the door. The person taking my blood was very nice and it was over very fast. Most impressive is that the results came back so fast! Makes you wonder why it takes so long on the NHS as they can certainly move fast when they want too!! Would be nice if it was a little bit cheaper, but i'm still giving 5 stars.
