I ordered a Lego set and the product arrived smashed and in bad shape. It was intended to be a gift but I ended up buying something else because the box was so beat up. I don’t know if the legos inside the box were damaged but the box wasn’t presentable as a gift due to its condition. It was a really disappointing experience and I don’t think I’ll try kidsy again.

The box came Crushed and open n both sides. Waiting to see if any pieces were missing

I ordered "blackened pearl" and got "tetra graphite", so I'm not happy about that since now we have a blue car seat when we wanted black. Otherwise, it was in good condition and was delivered on time.

Order went to another house but Kidsy never owned up to their mistake. Repeatedly said to contact USPS and file a claim with them. When I got the proof that the order number was associated to another address, Kidsy didn’t admit any fault but rather refunded me without any explanation. I really needed the item and was hoping they would send a replacement.

Received my items packaged very well and as described got these at a great price when i needed them most and was exactly what i was looking for also customer service was very helpful with an issue i had. Will definitely buy from this company again.
