It came in a timely manner and it was easy to assemble. It's a very nice high chair. Grandbaby fits in it perfectly unlike the our other older one which is not a Graco. I would definitely recommend this company.

Item arrived on time, fits my space. The only issue was the box it came in was torn up & one area of the wood gate was split.

You never know what to expect when ordering online but I am extreme happy with Kidsy! Great price plus high chair arrived in a timely fashion and exactly as described - brand new in box. Item arrived broken and missing pieces and all the offered was a 20$ credit … horrible customer service and it takes a lot for me to write this …. We emailed back and forth for 3 days and I settled on the 20$ not what I wanted but what was offered. I would have much rather had a full refund because the radio flyer was used but claimed to be a floor model. The seat was scratched to the point the paint was missing on top of the whole set to build the bike was missing. Which I had to go to Home Depot and buy the identical pieces. Stop buying returns and selling as new !! based off previous reviews this is not a isolated incident. Instead of writing back make sure the stuff you sell is correct and accurate

The Owlet dream sock has given me such peace of mind. The alerts I get to my phone are wonderful. Being able to monitor my son's sleep and well-being while I'm working at night has made a huge difference. It's comfortable enough that he doesn't try to pull it off.

Described as NEW, received used item, one wheel fell off, cup holder missing and clip to keep stroller closed is loose, stroller hangs half open when lifted by carrying strap. False advertising, I’m very disappointed
