I didn’t receive one of the items I ordered but received a email from the USPS that the item was delivered but in Springfield Ohio not my address in Wisconsin.I sent them a email which did nothing so I called customer service she told me to contact the deliverer so I did they could do nothing told me to contact the company so I sent another email and finally got a message that my item would arrive soon. I spent to much time trying to get a response and was extremely frustrated on the response I received.

Car seat arrived as expected. Box was seriously taped up. Car seat new with extra gadgets, as promised. The play pen was in good condition but it didn't come with a mat as advertised. The customer service was good in responding and assisting with the concern.
