I ordered a “NEW” Dr. Brown’s all-in-one bottle sterilizer, but the item that was delivered was used, dirty and not in original packaging. They offered a refund, but forcing me to make a trip to the fedex store b/c of their own poor quality control is not an amenable solution, in my opinion. In summary, false advertising and they’re tasking me with a burdensome return in order to receive a refund.

So nice to receive a discount since my baby is at the end of fitting. After 1 time checking the Duna at the gate though the handle broke, it cracked. If I bought it full price I would have been upset but that's what you get for buying something that has probably taken a beating out in a store somewhere.

Haven’t used it yet but I did put the kids in it to test it out. We are taking it to Disneyland in December. Super excited to use this. I think it will help with the children a lot. We have 3 , age of 7 -6 and 2 and they all fit inside together so if need be, they’re all tired at once they can all sit in there but it’s got a huge trunk. That’ll fit all their snacks and blankets and what not in it.

I have to say I was a little skeptical about ordering this because of the price. I am absolutely thrilled with the high chair. O my thing wrong was the box it came in was a bit destroyed but the item is in perfect condition. My little one really likes the independence of climbing in and out herself to eat at the table with the grown ups. Would highly recommend this site and item :).
