Very excited for my stroller and thought it was a good deal but upon arrival? Several pieces were missing to install the wheels. Which I can not buy replaces parts that are off brand, that’s dangerous. As well as only one snack tray came in the package when the description stated two. But I will say shipping was very fast and I emailed them for a refund and they got back to me same day requesting pictures. But still not sure if I will get a refund or not from the company. Update: they did refund my purchase and fairly quickly. So I appreciate the promptness from the company

Shipping was listed as requiring an adult signature with ID (could not sign a slip, I’m unclear on why this is necessary for a stroller) and there was no ability to arrange delivery for when my husband and I (who both work full time) could be home. This was not clear upon purchasing. Still waiting to receive the product

Skeptical at first. Made my purchase and was reached out to the next day. I was advised the color of the stroller was not what was pictured and given an apology. I was also told that the listing was updated with the correct color- gray. If I did not want gray I could be refunded. After reviewing the new listing I agreed to have the stroller shipped. It arrived a few days later. The box was pretty beaten up but the stroller was in perfect condition! I would definitely buy again.

I use it as a playpen for a dog a small puppy that weighs 4 pounds maybe it works great for me and I think I could use it for other things too, so I think it’s a great thing to have
