My delivery came in a reasonable amount of time however, the box is completely destroyed and the side of the box that is destroyed is taped over with brown packing tape. It is a gift so I am hoping that the car seat itself is not destroyed once I open up the package. Very disappointed with the condition of the box how it was received

You sent me an already open package hopefully all the parts are there I know because the plastic bag that the seat was in was ripped open and all the stuff was loose and the top was almost open and taped up again

Do NOT purchase from here if your okay with no returns. My poor daughter received the same gift. We haven't even opened the box and the company said "based on your excuse, we can't return". Never heard of this before. Still in the box. Paid $444.00. Now I have to sell it on Facebook market or something. Just a inconvenience.
