I recently ordered a car seat from Kidsy and my Wife and I absolutely love it!!. I'm not associated with Kidsy in any way I'm just a regular guy leaving a HONEST review for others cause I would want someone to do the same.. Their delivery was EXTREMELY fast and arrived on the exact day it was expected, with no delays! I wasn't expecting it to come that fast. The product was also EXACTLY as described on the site "to the T". No misleading information.. I will DEFINITELY be shopping with them again and will be recommending them to ANYONE looking for great deals for children's needs.. Thank You Kidsy for being an honest retailer in this fraudulent society we live in!!. (I ordered a Graco snugRide 35 lite lx car seat)

Ordered a "New Paw Patrol Movie Ultimate City 3ft. Tall Transforming Tower Playset" - a toy that retails for $160. I received a "Paw Patrol Big Truck Pups, Truck Stop HQ, 3ft. Wide Transforming Playset" valued at $29.99 (I know as that is the clearance sticker stuck on the box). At best Kidsy has poor quality control about their inventory and products; at worst Kidsy may be intentionally sending cheaper products. Either way I would avoid.

Easy purchase, fast delivery, the only drawback is there are no returns unless it is for a defective product.

I bought the dream sock in February. I’ve been using it since I got it. But now all of a sudden. The alerts of signal loss and can’t connect Bluetooth keep happening. Not only is it annoying but it also wakes me and the baby up which defeats the purpose of me getting the sock. Disappointed would be an understatement.

I believe this is my third purchase! I am truly happy with each and every purchase I’ve made and definitely will be making more! Product and packaging were exactly as described and my daughter loves her new bean bag chair and momma loved the price! Thanks again 😊

58" gate is flimsy. Was hoping for something a little more sturdy. Service and delivery were good.

I ordered this for a baby shower and it was delivered on time to the recipient. Have no idea if it’s satisfactory for their needs.

Absolutely horrible and irresponsible seller. We purchased a Doona car seat, and upon opening the Doona box found that it was a knockoff Doona. it came with Doona box, bag, and literature pamphlets, but the stroller itself WAS NOT A DOONA. We did a reverse image search and found the item that was delivered to us, on Temu. We reached out to Kidsy and they accused US of switching the product and trying to scam THEM. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They clearly do not care about the safety standards of their products. You cannot switch items like this. EDIT AFTER READING THEIR REPLY: We did reach out to Doona with the serial number, who confirmed that it was not a real Doona. Furthermore, Doona pointed us in the direction of real Doona retailers and told us to stay away from third party sites like this one.

Sold me a damaged and broke item I paid $388.00 for I had my baby 3 1/2 weeks after & I put him in the 4moms bassinet & it’s broke, I called 4moms claim services and the owner already had got a replacement and still sold a broke item & kidsy never checked the product before it was sent iout it was listed new but it was USED! With marks and damages on it . I placed my son inside the item it makes a loud clicking sound! I reached out 2 1/2 weeks ago they told me they was sending me return papers so I can get a FULL REFUND! I called today they told me the manager denied my refund after I spent almost $400 on a bassinet for my newborn son. I asked to speak to the manager I was told I can’t but have to take a $400 lost on this item is unacceptable. No replacement NO NOTHING ! If I can rate this website 0 stars I would . And the couple who put this broke item on the website will never have good luck doing stuff like that! FYI I WROTE YALL WHEN THE ITEM WAS LISTED NEW BUT WASNT NEW AND I HEARD NOTHING! This my SECOND RATING I POSTED MY FIRST ONE WAS FEBRUARY 2,2024! I put my son in the chair now it’s broke thats unprofessional and yall are a scam , i am glad I have a great bank I will have a FULL REFUND! And What is 14 days ? Most businesses do 30 DAYS!
