The phone works very efficiently and holds battery well too, which was my main concern when buying a refurbished phone, however there were a couple of superficial scratches on the side but that doesn’t affect the phone’s performance or functionality at all. The customer service was great and it arrived a day before the ETA. Would recommend.

I’ve never been one to spend lots of money on mobile phones or been bothered about having the latest models so when seeing the prices of new iPhones, reconditioned seemed like the cheaper alternative. However, I was very dubious about it at the same time, to me it’s still a lot of money and you can’t be completely sure about what you will get. Either way, I decided to risk it! I selected ‘excellent’ condition and when the phone arrived it certainly was, in fact it looked like a brand new phone! So far it has operated perfectly and I hope that continues. Based on my experience so far I can say I’m extremely satisfied and glad I took the risk and won’t hesitate to recommend Gecko mobile to anyone!

They dispatched the phone almost instantly and it arrived the next day, in time for my son's birthday despite the estimated delivery date being 2 days later. Meanwhile I had ordered a phone from a different site for my daughter, with an estimated delivery date date 2 days earlier, and it still isn't here. Plus Gecko are offering a 24 month warranty.
