Purchased on 9th November and stopped working on the 28th I asked a mobile shop what they thought I didn’t let them touch it but I showed them that it wouldn’t come on and only made a vibrating sound when you pressed button and they said it was the lcd I’ve tried to get in touch with gekko with no joy

The phone arrived packaged and works well in good condition even though i only got one that was fair however my phone battery says that is is an unknown part but seems to work fine.

Really easy to use, you just register your device on their site,they give you an estimated price, they then send you free packaging to send your mobile off in and they only want your phone, not any charges or anything. I just set my phone back to factory settings, turned it off and sent it them and they let you know when they get it and they paid me within days 😀 the old phone would of only been stuck in the drawer.

Sent a perfect phone in and got a massive devaluation from their original offer. Phone was sent back covered in scratches. Absolute scammers

Very quick with coming back with a price. The process was easy and straightforward. Once they had my phone back they kept me informed of process and money was paid into my account the day after they told me everything was as expected.

Had 2 transactions. The first felt let down by the actual price offered was greatly different from original offer. I wish I had taken photos of my phone as it was in very good condition. The only option was accept or return. Wasn’t sure if return would me paying for the P&P. So I feel the options to describe your phone should be Excellent Good Poor. My second went through ok. Took a little longer.
