As per many other reviews which I wish I had read previously, my phone was in great condition having been in a front and back case the whole time I had it. There were minimal if any marks to it and a poor offer has been given due to the damage to the phone which is most definitely not the case. Clearly a scheme they use - offering a high price to get the phone sent to them, to lower it every time regardless of the phone condition.

23rd November offered £19 not the expected £190. Can only imagine couple stuck pixels on screen warranted a drastic drop, phone was mint condition. Asked for return of phone that same day. Emailed me back 'we're sorry to hear that, normally returned within 24hrs'. No email since & phone still not returned. Emailed 29th & by end of day 1/12 still no reply. Over a week & nothing. I want my phone back! Update. Day after this posted received tracking number. Got phone back took to local shop. They tested offered grade B £148 cash or £183 voucher. I did also point out tiny defect. 4 months later 23/2/2023 they want reference number or this review could be deleted !! This is a truthful account & I stand by it.
