While the process was efficient, I feel cheated by the offer price I was given for my iphone 7 (easily meeting the "good" condition criteria of geckomobile) when the updated offer they sent me on receipt referred to "scratches which shows minor wear and tear". This isn't correct (phone always in a case + screen protector) and I have photos to confirm. It feels like geckomobile bank on customers not wanting the inconvenience of going through the process again so have a policy of offering a lower offer then original following receipt. Poor experience

Traded my daughter's iphone 11 which was like the day it came out of the box. Took an album full of photos as I was worried they would try and lower the value citing the tiniest of marks, however, the trade value was paid without quibble! Device sent in good condition. I have images of the device before sending it. On arrival they've sent an email after checking and said that it is cracked and offered me 10 percent of the original offer. I've requested my phone back, I'll be interested to see if I get my device back or one with a different serial number.
