United Kingdom | 14 November 2015I visited 5 star a couple of days ago with my pride and joy, I have a prestige vehicle and when looking for a garage to take my car to, I saw 5 star and looked at the reviews. I was due a service anyway, however my engine light and ABS light came on. I called them and they squeezed me in last Minuit as I was a bit worried. The master technician looked at my car and found what was wrong with it and explained this to me so I inderstood. He is very knowledgable and I and I trusted him straight away, price was EXCELENT not even half of what I expected so I also booked my service at the same time, the girls on the reception are lovely very smiley and welcoming. When I collectd my car they had done like a mini valet free of charge, I was not expecting that to be done. The service at five star puts the prestige dealers to shame on staff, knowledge and atmosphere. Five star really lives up to its name and I will be using them from now. Thank you to all, I hope you enjoy your biscuits I brought in for you.

United Kingdom | 25 October 2015I have been to Five Star a couple of times over the last 2 years after initially searching for a diesel specialist that could a diesel leak in my car. Each time I have been I have been 100% happy with their service and the car repairs. They have quickly found the problem and have supplied me with a courtesy car each time I have been, which has been vital for me. The new system with emailing you videos of what is wrong with your car is great, as you can actually see and make an informed decision on the repairs. It is gives you reassurance in them and for those of us that now nothing about cars, gives you a better idea of the problem. They are very friendly and keep you informed throughout the repairs about progress, timings and cost. The fact that my car comes back shining and sparkling inside and out is a nice touch too. I will be going back to them for all services etc from now on.

United Kingdom | 13 August 2015Had a problem with my car and I had visited several garages to get it resolved, and I was not get any results out of them, then was recommended by a friend to go visit 5Star AutoCentre, I went down and spoke to the mechanic who did a thorough inspection and found the problem, detailed to me exactly what it was. I was happy for them to carry out the work and my car is now running fantastic and most importantly SAFE.

United Kingdom | 13 August 2015Five Star Garage once again came to our rescue yesterday following a problem arising with our car (Volvo XC70) whilst being driven about town. As we've recently had other works done at the garage, I was confident that if I took the car for them to look at, they would make time to diagnose the issue. Not only did they diagnose the fault (broken rear coil spring) within 1hr of dropping the car in, but they managed to fit the repair in that same afternoon. All works are completed to an excellent standard and a comprehensive explanation of both the diagnosis and works done once is always given by the garage staff. Thanks especially to Asif for the quick turn around of the car. Would recommend this garage for repairs to any make/ model of car as the set up is of a high standard.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2015Do NOT go to this garage!!! I took my car in for a bronze services on monday and they rang me advising it needed over £1000 worth of repairs doing to it?? I was so shocked i nearly fell on the floor. My car is only 5 years old and i look after it. I have taken it to another garage today and they told me none of the repairs need doing as there is absolutley nothing wrong with my car!!!!! It passed a mini MOT and is in good nick! They saw a young female and thought yeah we will make money out of her!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE!!!!

United Kingdom | 28 July 2015Overall we were happy with the level of service that was provided by the garage. Customer service is of high standard compared to many businesses. Small hiccup was when the garage charged us someone else's invoice, so we had to go back following day to pay the right amount & receive our invoice, but garage owner/manager was very apologetic. We would recommend the garage. The car was washed and cleaned inside.

I own a Toyota and it is reassuring they have a master technician who deals with Japanese vehicles. I have always found they give you a full detailed breakdown of any costs prior to any work. If I cannot afford it there and then they allow me to have the work done at a later date when it suits me. I find the online booking very useful. All our family cars go here now.
