We found the booking experience on the whole fairly easy and the pricing was extremely competitive...but...Coach Hire contract out their work and the driver we got was extremely miserable and quite rude in some instances...especially when asked for a toilet stop during a 3 hour journey! Probably won't use this company again due to the drivers attitude alone.

The trip down was really good, friendly driver and he managed to cope with the traffic issues. But for both trips. the contact details given out were wrong, this seems to be because the trip was passed onto another company. The trip back was not so nice, the driver was very strict and unfriendly, and made sexist comments which annoyed members of the party. He also smoked while unloading the coach which party members did not like.

Have used Coach Hire on a number of occasions with a very good experience. However on this occasion I had problems with the price going up from my original estimate - after quite a bit of wrangling they booked me in at my original estimate price. Not the booking experience I am used to with this company.

Coach back to London after party

Very easy to book, helpful staff. For peace of mind, a phone call 24 hrs prior to collection date (as advised) would be good with name of driver and Emergency contact number, saves any last minute panick! Other than than that, driver George at R&R was very prompt and friendly.

Great Customer Service. We had specific requests for our travel coming from one place and being dropped to another on the return leg journey and flights were delayed! Coach hire kept everyone updated and the collection was delayed without any problems. I would recommend them.

It was a very good experience. We managed to have a coach hired with a very short notice (one day before the trip) and made everything online and on the phone. In a couple of hours from the first contact we had the driver's phone number.

It is very easy to hire a bus. The busses is good - the seats are good, but the toilet was not clean.
