The money was refunded within 2 weeks. Their customer service was very good and very informative. Thank you to all staff of fly sharp, we are very grateful for this service. United Kingdom | 14 November 2020Our flights to San Francisco were cancelled in September due to Covid 19. Fly Sharp organised a full refund with British Airways. They always answer their phones within seconds. It took a bit of time to get the refund from British Airways but we cannot fault Fly Sharp. We will be using them again in the future.

I've got a document from Southall Travel/Fly Sharp stating that "you can change the origin or destination of your ticket without penalty. Your new ticket will be valid until the expiration date of the former ticket." When I tried to contact them, history was different. First, they told me I couldn't change the origin or destination. When I let it go, they sent me an email charging me +113 pounds to do the change (note: without changing the origin or destination!). I sent them a copy from the same letter they sent me and they asked "sorry for the inconvenience". Such bad customer service. The feeling I have is that they are trying to get money from everything they do, even if it's against their own policies. Bizarre! I was informed I couldn't use the voucher as its description and now I've no option. I asked for reimbursement and was informed I couldn't get one. When I asked the attendant what they could do to help me, she told me I should "wait and call at the end of the month, because maybe then I would be able to extend the voucher". This is not reassuring at all, I'm stuck with this voucher and you give me no option to use it. The least you could do is to reimburse me! I would like to know if this is the standard of quality that Southall Travel/Flysharp has because this is obnoxious.

However they were excellent in replying to our queries and issued a full refund immediately once it became clear that it will not be possible to take our flight until late 2021. We would book through Fly Sharp again without hesitation.

When our flight was cancelled, i called and they filled the application for a refund of whole flight, and told me i had to give it atleast 14 days but refund was in less time than that. THe only issue was that if i did not have the app to check my flight status i would not have known to call them as i assumed it would automatically get refunded and they did not send an email to say it was cancelled; however i put it down to the sheer volumes of cancelled flights and covid-19. I would use again for sure!

Very understanding personnel who were very quick at changing flights initially and then fully refunding the money when the new flights were cancelled. The pity is that I do not feel I could book any new flights for next year because of Covid. I would definitely have no worries in using Fly Sharp in the future.

The refund was completely unexpected, easy to organise, and arrived in my account much quicker than they’d advised. Really pleased!

On 13th May I raised a request for refund as I was unable to complete inbound journey because of coronavirus. 6 months down the line not a penny paid! Just a bog standard pathetic Indian accent call centre reply 'we are dealing with your request ' what rubbish! Its been 6 months! Absolute Thieves

United Kingdom | 05 November 2020Absolutely terrible service, Wilson promised and send me details on booking that was cancelled in March cause of Covid, rebooked the tickets for next May 2021 sends me confirmation in July that it was done, comes back in October saying cant be done, never picks up phone calls and answers his email, would never use Southall Travels again I had never asked for refund on my ticket, Emirates were offering rebooking anytime up two years, Wilson arranged a refund without asking me, when I complain was told tickets were rebooked with new dates and confirmed and email send, after I was chased with email and phones calls , story got changed by Southall Travel and refund was send to my account, very disappointed

I didnt expect the money to be in immediately but it was way too long than expected. Nonetheless, the money was transferred and the stuff was quite nice to be honest. Would book here again, but i’d be taking the risk if the flight cancelled

United Kingdom | 03 November 2020I bought 2 return tickets to Bali for July 2020 via skyscanner. They were the cheapest site vs largest luggage capacity. However I did get a call the day after I booked the flights from flysharp letting me know the booking capacity stated 2 bags when it was in fact 1 bag each that we could bring on, which brought their luggage capacity in line with competitors. But I was impressed with how promptly they let me know and they gave me options as a result of their mistake, to either cancel my ticket or proceed as normal. I chose to proceed as the capacity was still good (23kg each plus hand luggage I think). Of course I had to cancel my flights due to covid. When I called flysharp to do the cancellation it literally took me less than 5 minutes - they answered straight away (no putting me on hold) and the conversation took 2 minutes. I would say it was the definition of hassle free. I was told my refund would take 8-10 weeks. It actually took longer than this. I called flysharp as soon as the refund status was overdue just to check they were still going ahead with it. They let me know it was still pending and had no issues explaining exactly why there was a delay. It was due to the airline not processing the refund back to flysharp yet. They assured me that the refund would be sent back to me as soon as flysharp get it. After about 3 months I received a full refund. I was overall extremely satisfied with the customer service from flysharp. I can't comment outside their cancellation process as I didn't take the actual flight but if you are considering purchasing a ticket from flysharp but are concerned that their service may be poor because of their very competitive prices, based on my experience I would say that you have nothing to worry about. They have an extremely patient, polite and professional call centre team which speaks volumes about the company.
