United Kingdom | 16 February 2021Had excellent service by J until my flight was cancelled - I tentatively rebooked to another date with the caveat that I might have to change based on the agreement with the employer - at no point was I informed by J that would be an issue. I have now contacted the individual and the firm and they would like to tell me that to change to a much cheaper flight, they would like me charge me for a change... Noted your response below: please don’t fool customers What I don’t understand is 1. When my flight was cancelled and I spoke to your agent, I told them my change was tentative - you can hear the recording of the call 2. My husband was always due to fly out on the 7th of March and since my flight was cancelled I did have to figure out if I could travel out with him. 3. Why was I not told that rescheduling won’t be an option? Where is this given in writing or on the call?

United Kingdom | 25 January 2021We book with Fly Sharp to travel to Dubai in January 2021, after being promised on the phone that if there was any updates with the flight or UK travel restrictions, we would get a full refund. After numerous emails and being hung up on the phone, Fly Sharp are continuously ignoring our concerns and going back on their word. With no policy to give refunds for passangers who cannot travel due to legal requirements! Will not advise to use this company to anyone, awful service. Booking Reference 79PR2M

United Kingdom | 22 January 2021After numerous cancellations via Turkish Airlines, I decided to cancel my flight and get a refund in order to book directly through another airline. I asked for a refund on the 17 December, and Flysharp representatives said that it could take up to 10 days, as they have to apply for a refund with the airline who will then pass it on to me, which was fine. After 10 days my refund hadn't got to me. I called Turkish Airlines who confirmed that my refund was released on that day, meaning Flysharp had been lying to me and holding on to my money unnecessarily. I had to threaten them with a chargeback and eventually, legal action at small claims court to get one of the representatives to respond to me via Twitter. I'm glad I got my money back as that was what was owed to me, but it has left a very sour taste in my mouth as these actions were extremely dishonest in such a trying time. I recommend that everyone book with airlines directly in the future, cheaper tickets just arent worth the hassle.

United Kingdom | 21 January 2021Extremely unsatisfied with the service. I have booked my flight to Dubai on the 21/12/2020 with Golf air. I have not been able to travel because of the London lock down. I have since tried around 30 time to contact them they are telling me that I need to get the refund myself through the airline However the airline is telling me that I need to get my refund through FLYSHARP. The government saying that we should be getting a refund but in reality these company are Misleading. I’m still waiting for an answer, The contact centre are extremely rude and and helpful. I have asked for management to call me back I still haven’t received a call back since the 22nd of December. Please avoid at any cost.

Told Flysharp I wanted a refund NOT a credit voucher which was agreed after a short call to Turkish Air by them. Called back 3 weeks later to check the refund & this was credited back to my card the next day. Excellent stress free service & a very short wait to speak to there very busy staff.

Throughout the experience the team have been very communicative and whatever they said they would do for me, they did.

United Kingdom | 24 December 2020If possible I would give them 0 stars. They’re an incompetent company who still owe us nearly £1000 for flights cancelled in April. We have chased and tried everything our end to get a refund but, due to their poor administration, a full refund was not requested from the flight company initially - and we are still waiting for the rest of our refund. I have never had to leave a bad review, as most companies resolve any issues correctly and quickly, but not this one. Please, please, please book elsewhere, for this is not a company with a well operational customer service department if you ever have the misfortune to need it.

However, though l was charged a minimal amount for selecting a wrong return date and ultimately for cancelling the ticket, l think it will be fair to say, flysharp is not a bad platform to transact business in the long run.

United Kingdom | 24 December 2020Very poor customer service had to call several times to get refund which I still did not receive from them in the end had to log claim with credit card company to get money back please people always book your holiday if you can via credit or debit card if thing's go wrong for eg company goes bust or you don't get what you paid for you get a refund from bank.

United Kingdom | 23 December 2020I’m not entirely sure what all the negative reviews are about but my experience with fly sharp was amazing. Booked a ticket to Accra back in Feb for Dec, through a flight comparison site, obviously with the ongoing pandemic and last minute changes to the first leg of my flight I was no longer able to go. I asked for them to cancel for a refund and they got back to me within 48 hours and informed me that my cancellation and FULL refund had been approved. I was told my refund would take between 4-6 weeks, which I was prepared to wait for but received my refund yesterday which took just over a week. The agents were professional over the phone and dealt with me very nicely. Will definitely be booking through them in the future !

United Kingdom | 18 December 2020To be honest they don't even deserve a star never book from this company ever again, staff are unable to understand your needs. Booked a ticket however sadly had a death as I tried to cancel was told will need to pay £260 cancellation fee which was high especially during thses struggling times. Email was then sent confirm I wish to cancel however also noting I am not happy with cancellation fee they refuse to accept confirming just want a simple email? If I was to change my date that would be additional £175 No sympathy and no support. Never again.

United Kingdom | 16 December 2020I really liked flysharp who were brilliant on our last 2 bookings until one in March 2020 was cancelled from Bangkok to Birmingham after having to pay an extra £398 to change our flight to June when it kept being cancelled and having to use another carrier and pay for the flight as my husband was seriously ill travel insurance didn’t cover because of Covid we still haven’t had our refund of about £2400 for our flight with Emirates they have now offered £398 We paid £900 each for return flight then extra £398 for changing date who should refund
